THIS TOO HAPPENS IN BHARAT –[Episode-TWO]

Taking note of the happenings in the country a few thoughts are given on the subject;-


FULL DAY’S WORK/CONTROL ON RUSH;-Any human being doing physical or mental work, can easily engage himself at work minimum for eight hours in a day. Rather one or two hours more also, this I say going by the general capacity provided to all human beings. It is observed that to some PROFESSIONALS like DOCTORS in hospitals, teachers in schools, judicial officers and many more such likes are found not putting in actively such hours of work. The result is that during the time of their duties, there is all rush as the whole work has to be done in the limited duty hours, which in many such cases have been as less as 4 to 6 hours only, against at least 8 hours in a day. Policies need be made to ensure and enforced strictly that for every working person including the above mentioned ones and the likes that all do at least full eight hours honest and committed work daily. Taking this much minimum work daily from this class shall bring them out of luxurious as well as idle lifestyles. This shall also control pendencies at their work places and rush as well as DHAKKA MUKKI for those who have to deal with this class of people. They will also get a lot of relief as they too shall then be able to spread their timinings between the extended working hours. Same way number of holidays in the entire system need be brought down to the minimum so as to limit it to the maximum of 4/5 days in a year plus maximum of 2/3 days RESTRICTED ones that may be availed by the individuals going by their own CUSTMS AND BELIEFS. Purpose should be to improve WORK CULTURE /PRODUCTIVITY and also CONTROL IDLE AND UNNEEDED LUXURIOUS LIFE STYLES for some. Similarly with other working class of people, all must be made to attend to their duties/work with full dedication/commitments, starting work at the prescribed working hours. As of now, the country is made to go for imports of all type of items to say FROM PIN TO AEROPLANES CURRENCY, MILITARY HARDWARES ARMS AND AMMUNITITION AND EVEN OBJECTS OF BELIEF meaning our gods also from other countries. In this process we expose our secracies, foreign exchange and so on to the outside world at the same time at home we give doles and freebies to our population instead of putting them to work. This spoils their tendencies as well as health in the process. Simultaneously we pass on strength to the economies of other countries, some of whom are also having aggressive and malicious designs against our NATION ,this we have already known from the days of BHAI BHAI rhetoric. In nut shell the need is to take maximum possible committed and honest work from all able bodied citizens of the country so that WE ARE ABLE TO IMPROVE OUR OUT PUT FOR IN COUNTRY CONSUMPTION as well as are able to increase our share of exports. This will also control rush at all places of PUBLIC DEALINGS. MOST ELECTED PERSONS WE UNDERSTAND ARE GIVEN LOT OF FACILITIES AND ALSO IN CASH BESIDES PROVIDING BIG RESIDENCIAL HOUSES,SOME EVEN WITH MANY SECURITY PERSONALS ALL AROUND, so the need is that such persons too must be forced to contribute liberally PHYSICALY AND MENTALLY in the interest of systems. Most problems in the country are also due to increase in population. We understand that for the working female employees MATERNITY LEAVES AT THE COST OF EMPLOYERS ARE GIVEN FOR MORE THAN ONE OCCASION.THIS FACILITY IN ORDER TO control population too can be restricted to one only for the whole service period. Purpose of this write up is to bring to attention of all those who matter in the system to please take note of the maladies and enforce corrections. HOPE THE MESSAGE REACHES THE DESTINATION.
