TAKE UP BIG ISSUES /PARLIAMENTARIANS

There were lot of resentments and disturbances in the PARLIAMENT on 11/5/12 over the issue of some CORTOON on Dr.AMBEDKAR in some school books. No business in both houses could be conducted due to this incident. But then this is not for the first time that PARLIAMENT has been made DISFUNCTIONAL on PETTY AND INDIVIDUAL issues and for blame games. This seems to have become its regular feature. SOME TIMES DOUBTS ARISE OVER CAPABILTY OF THE PARLIAMENTARIANS to bring forth the issues of national importance. So only, interest is taken in creating disturbances. There comes to mind an incident some years ago on the depiction of some HINDU OBJECTS OF WORSHIP in bad shape by an other artist. That time most of this class and the so called SECULARISTS had justified the depictions as freedom of expression. There are also the instances when many persons were killed in TRAIN BURNING INCIDENT IN GODHRA. This HORRYFYING incident did not attract reasonable attention and resentment from most so called secularists, but still in the riots taken place there after, the issue is kept alive, mostly seemingly for political gains and to show sympathy for the particular community [for whose votes all are ready to kill their own nears and dears, as had been when Bharat was invaded by the intruders from across the borders]. Same way many Hindus have been driven out of Kashmir, but the issue in general does not attract attention of this political class, but when some one from the other community is harmed/arrested or killed in POLICE ACTION OR VIOLENCE THERE MOSTLY IS LOT OF HUE AND CRY TO THE EXTENT THAT THE security PERSONALS GET TOTALLY demoralized and confused, as to whether they are there only to be harmed and killed and are not supposed to do their duty as security personals. Then there are cases of the writers, TASLIMA AND RUSHDI who despite being from Indian origin are not helped in this very country to lead reasonable and peaceful lives. Should such cases not attract attention of those raising so many individual issues? The request is hereby made to all in the political class and others in the society NOT TO OVER STRETCH such small matters; rather work whole heartedly and with full dedication to ensure that all efforts to divide the nation on such matters, just for POLITICAL GAINS are put a brake to. Let the sentiments of all be treated on equal footings without distinction of CASTE/CREED or COMMUNITY. The parliament and its members are there to frame and oversee working of laws for general national interests. WASTING PARLIAMENT’s time and nation’s money by its dysfunction need be treated as acts of TREASON. THESE SELECTIVE SENSIBILITIES OF OUR KARAN DHARS ARE SURE TO HARM THIS NATION TO ANY EXTENT AND MAY HELP ONLY IN ITS FURTHER DIVIDES AND MAY ULTIMATELY PROVE SUICIDAL. POLITICS OF BANDHS/STOP ALL

Political parties of all hues gave call for BHARAT BANDH for 31/5/12. The call was given to protest against decision to increase PETROL PRICES by about 7 rupees per liter. The parties after close of the day MUST BE all jubilant for having created lot of disturbances and inconveniences to the general public, besides loss of public and in some cases even private properties. As this is the general culture of “bands” that such type of anti human and anti national activities do take place. The big question is as to what and how, even those giving call and spear-heading such BUNDHS are benefited even though they feel, that they have gained public sympathy by raising public interest issues. The fact is that the general public in no way is benefited by these acts nor in general they wish such actions to take place, knowing fully well that all these actions are, keeping in view benefits to organizers and as for as public is concerned, their tears are only that of the crocodiles. We now understand that a relief of just about Rs 2 a liter has been allowed just after two days of bandh which going by the price of petrol nearing above Rs 70/ a liter is just a straw in camel’s mouth and the general public is not going to get any comfortable relief by this tokenism. Where the system as well as BANDH sponsors separately feel the winners in the process, but the general public is no gainer at all. As far as petrol prices are concerned, this is not for the first time that such increase has been done, rather this is a very regular feature for this commodity. Every time the increase in done there are protests and anger showings, still the prices continue to rise. About 2/3 years back it was being priced at less than Rs 50/- a liter, in the year about 1965 it was just about or less than one rupee a liter. At that time number of vehicles on roads as well as their owners would be very few. There fore consumption of petrol too was less. Use of bicycles was very common, and for small distances say about 3/4 km, the people would walk down only, mostly not making use of the bicycles even. This would keep people most physically fit and healthy. Since the year about sixties, population in the country has increased many folds. Though it is not connected with increase in population, still number of vehicles i.e. two wheelers as well as four wheelers, I mean petrol driven vehicles have increased still many times more due to TENDENCY OF CONSUMERISM. During the last decade, lending for all types of consumptions including for vehicles are being done very freely by many lending companies including by the public sector banks. So number of vehicles is increasing with a very high speed. The problem created thus is not only petrol prices, rather prices of all items of daily use including prices of bare necessities have increased many folds, to the extent that even upper middle class is feeling it difficult to live a reasonably comfortable life, what to say of the lower middle class AND STILL POOR families. Calls for “Bands” are no doubt given by the political class only who as a matter of fact them-selves are responsible for most ills and problems in the society/country. This I say, because this very class is at the helm of the systems in one way or the other and in one state or the other. All the ills, wherever existing are needed to be discussed thread bare at the proper forums, i.e state assemblies/the central parliament. Not only this, the parties are supposed to take up calling for meetings with the ruling groups, discuss, listen to each other’s views patiently, give concrete/honest /workable suggestions as well as help in their implementations, all standing shoulder to shoulder, with the ruling dispensations as well as those out of these groups. Just now the parties not part of the ruling groups are given the name as OPPOSITION parties, going by the name given, they feel as if their job is only to oppose each and every move of the ruling party. That’s why the under current of each and every move of the party sitting in the opposition benches is so only. There fore, the need of the hour is to change this given name. Let them, instead be called as SEHYOGI DALS meaning that their duty is not to oppose only, but is to help also in the progress of the nation. AS THE NAME, SO THE ACTIONS. Some other reasons for increase in prices at all levels with suggestions for cure are detailed here to after; The biggest problem for increase in prices of all items is ABNOXIOUS INCREASE IN POPULATION. So THIS ASPECT NEEDS TO BE TAKEN CARE WITHOUT DELAY. The country must learn and act on the Zeal and honesty shown by late SANJAY GANDHI in this direction. Our political class as a whole is afraid of touching this issue fearing loss of sympathy from the voters, giving example of INDRA GANDHI loosing her govt on this very issue which does not seem to be the real cause of her defeat, but it as we see was due to some in the political class having been able to fool the public just for political gains. Making family planning as the issue THE FACT REMAINS THAT IGNORING THIS ASPECT MAY PROVE VERY HARMFUL TO THE PRESENT AS WELL AS FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS. SOME ONE SEEMS HAVING RIGHTLY SAID-; “LAMHON NE KHATA KI THEE SADIYON NE SAZHA PAAYI”. So immediate need is to act here, going by the perils created by this obnoxious increase WE HAVE ALREADY SUFFERED LOTS OF LOOT AND HUMILIATIONS DUE TO MANY FOLLIES OF OUR ANCESTORS. Let us not repeat these mistakes. . . Consumerism at all levels need be controlled. As a start we must immediately take up the functions being organized at Govt. levels as well as by the individuals. For individuals a ban of maximum of 50 person’s gathering can be put. Similar restrictions are needed for the decorations and dishes to be served. ON the part of the system, besides many other actions needed to be taken should be BAN on unneeded constructions specially needing acquiring agricultural land/changing of names of states/districts/cities/ roads/institutions and so on, as these changes besides being putting the general public in dark well, also have to be supported by changes in all govt records incurring huge expenses. Again, too frequent transfers on change of the persons at the helm need be put a break to. For this purpose definite policy guidelines need be made and enforced. This again is to help control unneeded expenses, as on transfers lot of money goes down the drains. Besides pilferages/corrupt practices at most working places resulting in loss of funds need be checked. JUST NOW IT IS VERY GENERALLY OBSERVED THAT THE WORKING CLASS DO NOT HONESTLY PUT IN THE DAY’S WORK, MIGHT BE AT PUBLIC SECTOR UNDERTAKINGS /OR EVEN AT PUBLIC OFFICES this tendency has developed in daily wage workers as well. THIS ONLY INCREASES the cost on goods and services, which results in further pushing up prices at all levels. SHOULD THE SYSTEM NOT PONDER OVER REASONS for long delays in completing most projects and how this further burdens the system resulting, either in increase in cost of goods and services or by taxes by the system. So this aspect needs to be attended with urgency. To control prices of all items including of petrol in nutshell the need is to control expenses/wastages and increase productivity.[not of humans] Use of vehicles need be controlled by permitting only minimum and selective lending for this purpose, by the lending agencies including public sector banks. Instead our MANUFACTURING ACTIVITIES need be given better push and speed so that banks in order to invest their surplus funds do not go for these type of lending’s for all type of consumptions including this MENACE OF VEHICLES, the biggest cause of CONGESSIONS, POLLUTIONS AND INCREASE OF PETROL CONSUMPTION, RESPONSIBLE FOR INCREASE IN PRICES OF PETROL. Besides, as is known to every one INCLUDING THE POLITICAL CLASS, DIESEL just now is heavily subsidized. WHY CANNOT THE SYSTEM SEE THAT NOW USE OF diesel driven vehicles has become very common. Most people use very big vehicles for the purpose, owned almost in 100% cases by the affluent ones only. So giving subsidy to this class of people and the Affluent farmers compels the weak ones to carry Burdon of the undeserving ones is injustice. So subsidy of DIESEL need be scraped at once rather use of big cars too need be controlled, so as to spare the already congested roads of this further load. Causes for increase in prices of all items are mostly due to FAULTY GOVERNANCE and their priorities as the system keeps no control on un needed expenses in maintaining and keeping in good humor the EMPLOYEES,THE VOTERS the POLITICIANS AS WELL. And spend a good part of income on subsidies/doles /freebies and If at all so needed let us indulge in politics not more that 10% the rest 90% should be our statesmanship, so that beyond saving our country, the future generations do not hate us as bad politicians and instead remember us with respect as GOOD STATESMEN.. In the light of the fore mentioned, request is made to all the country men/political class/bureaucracy the media all concerned citizens to please make the system AWAKE so that we do not get TOO LATE to enforce corrections where ever needed, but surely BANDHS/STOP ALL are not the remedies. LOK PAL VS CORRUPTION

Shri Anna Hazare and his team members---Sub-LOK PAL V/S CORRUPTION The committed ones;------------------------ Most in this country appreciate your efforts for installation of the INSTITUTION OF LOK PAL with purpose to set up fool proof systems for investigating known /reported cases of corruption. In the beginning of your open and known call for fight with the system to go in for struggle beginning with your fast and agitation at the RAM LILA GROUNDS in DELHI. Your efforts then were very well received as should be clear from huge gathering all around the VENUE AT DELHI, and its ECO coming from through out the country. As is clear to most thinking people here, THIS CANCER OF CORRUPTION is not being controlled and is rather permitted to be spread all around. This seems all due to lack of will power and positive action on part of the entire political class. Other pillars of our democracy too have not positively contributed for the purpose. After your mentioned agitation in Delhi, people started feeling as if you started taking sides with the political parties, as was clear from the team members supporting/opposing parties in a bye election in Haryana. In the elections to some state assemblies just there after too, people felt as if your team was taking sides. Many started doubting wisdom and intentions of the team knowing fully well that only one single political party can not be blamed for the mess, rather others may be still bigger culprits in the game, other wise the parties in power before and after these elections were no way better than the party whom total blame is thrust upon if case of just one state i.e. UP be taken as a test case. This is being mentioned here giving MOOD OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC who has a lot of hope from your team, and also do not doubt your honesty in any way. Still request is being made to you, to please instead confine your self to the main issue of CORRUPTION; of course for the purpose fight may have to be extended to changing the POLITICAL SYSTEM AND ELECTION PROCESS AS A WHOLE as these we see are the root cause of most maladies haunting our nation. SOME MAIN CAUSES AS have been made out from the mood of general public are detailed here after again with the request to make note of these items as well and fix in your priorities. 1) Just now as is known to all, the system itself permits huge sums of money for contesting elections. The general observations are that in actual terms much more than the permitted limits, expenses by the individual candidates are incurred . So, after getting elected or even otherwise this politician will naturally try to make good the incurred expenses, a big cause of corruption. 2] During electioneering and before entering the election fray, lot of promises for doles and freebies are made, and many a times these are fulfilled too after the elections. For individual party’s desire to be in power, public money is doled out in crores. 3]The schemes like MNREGA and MID-DAY MEALS, etc., too, besides creating beggar tendencies and create laziness in the receivers, are simply BRIBES for the purpose of vote bank gains. 4]Our constitution was framed more than sixty years from now. Those who conceived and drafted this constitution had mandated RESERVATIONS to particular classes in the society for a limited period and that too for permitting certain mentioned benefits only. But this CANCER OF RESERVATION continues unabated, rather this continues to be extended in many directions and spheres. No political party, just for VOTE BANK CONSIDERATIONS, takes courage to take up this issue for the purpose of putting a stop to this practice. In the process the society keeps dividing in many ways besides creating ill will amongst the population of this very country. This also compels the system to compromise on QUALITY /COMPETENCE AND CALIBRE, surely having bad and negative effect on our governance including nation’s PROPER AND ALL ROUND DEVELOPMENT. Should showering favours to some at the head of others just for VOTE BANK CONSIDERATIONS not be treated as CORRUPTION OF THE HIGHEST DEGREE? As the CONDITIONS are, country’s economy is under huge pressure. The parties in power at the Centre as well as the States still continue to shower LARGEESE and FAVOURS to all those who put in just minimum pressure. This includes their employees/legislature/and other pressure groups. The Ruling dispensations due to fear of loss of vote bank dare not say NO to the demands of any of them, though BUDGETS GO IN TO NAGATIVE and system has to go for DEFICIT FINANCING. The perils of continuous Deficit are before all to see where besides other things our CURRENCY IS loosing its value speedily. The elected ones, many a time, CHANGE COLOURS /SIDES after getting elected on the tickets of the loosing dispensation. But just for greener pastures and gains, shift loyalties to the other. Shifting almost in 100% cases is towards the ruling groups. The ruling groups too in order to add strength and for the sake of longevity to their Governments, mostly welcome the DEFECTORS with arms vide open. Not only this, rather positions too are given to such defectors. This NULLIFIES THE VERY PURPOSE AND SPIRIT of ‘ANTI DEFECTION LAWS; The country has been divided into many states and still more demands for such further divides continue to crop up. The ruling dispensations show no courage to over-rule these most unreasonable demands, fearing loss of votes. SUCH DEMANDS can be fulfilled only at the cost of acquiring still more agricultural land in possession for creating paraphernalia for the new states to come into being. This creates further divides based on boundaries. Going by what has been mentioned here to fore, many instances of corruption spread all over can be given. The reasons for the system not being able to control is mostly lack of will to govern which is further hampered by the EXISTENCE OF MULTIPLE POLITICAL PARTIES ALL AROUND. So in many cases majority party running the system have to take help of others, who continue to PULL AND PRESSURISE the system for their SELFISH ENDS. So need is to give more strength to the struggle for change of ELECTION PROCESS AND POLITICAL SYSTEM where existence of only TWO POLITICAL PARTIES in the system becomes a rule and elections get mandated for the parties and not the individuals. Just going by the percentage of votes polled and polled votes further getting divided between the many, the ruling party mostly represent NOT MORE THAN 15% of the total votes. A BIG BLOT ON OUR DEMOCRATIC SYSTEM. Hope the committed ones in the country, specially your group will take up these issues on priority. MAKING THE PILLARS MOVE

BY pillars I MEAN THE PILLARS OF DEMOCRACY and of the NATION as a whole, which are not fixed to the ground, but are supposed to be the moving ones as per the needs of TIME AND CIRCUMSTANCES.
On just one day’s news papers there are the news that:-
One particular person holding the chair of MINISTER in the state had for about 25 months MAINTAINED A FLEET OF about 26 cars ,where as he was entitled to just one, meaning that there has been no supervision on such BLATANT misuse of powers, that too for such a long period.
There is reported to be a big loot of about 900 crores in a state in FODDER SCAM case. This loot relates to the period 1970 to 1990. The case is reportedly referred to the CENTRAL INVESTIGATING AGENCY, way back in the year 1997, but it is now only i.e.in Feb. 2012 that CHARGE SHEETS have been served on the alleged culprits. Of these, at least two had been holding position of CHIEF MINISTER SHIP IN THE SAME STATE AND ONE HAS RULED THE STATE BY PROXY FOR A LONG TIME, BEHIND HIS SPOUSE. THE SAME PERSON HAS IN BETWEEN ALSO BEEN HOLDING ministerial POSITIONS AT THE CENTRE even after he was found prima-facie involved in this loot, meaning that it took about 15 years for the top investigating agency just to file charge sheets. How much more time shall the public have to wait for the culprits are actually punished. IS IT NOT A VERY POOR JUSTICE DELIVERY SYSTEM? Otherwise too, justice, delivery and executions are very slow. Lakhs of cases are pending in the lowest to the highest courts. Most such cases may be lingering on for years together, wherever decided due to the existing system of appeals final decisions become difficult. Final decisions, involving even national security, executions do not take place, e.g. culprits involved in Parliament attach and 26/11 attacks in Mumbai.
In one single state many cases of EMBAZLEMENTS AND LOOT of the government funds to the tune of more than 300 crores are reported and persons from PEON TO THE ENGINEERS and others have been reported involved in these loots who have been leading LIVES KING SIZE and still found in possession of crores in CASH/VALUABLES AND PROPERTIES. Laxity of action to be taken against the culprits is reported. The alleged culprits are reportedly still enjoying most facilities as employees as if they deserve no immediate further action, in the mean time permitting them all opportunities to manipulate the matters in their favors. These are not isolated cases in the country, rather such happenings of loot and embezzlements seem to have become very common in the present system.
In five states, ELECTIONS have taken place. We claim to be SECULAR DEMOCRACY meaning, nothing special for any particular class of people on the basis of CASTE, COMMUNITY, but the whole electioneering was focused on these prohibited lines in the process trying to create more divides in the society and weakening the country still further. Is the system concerned about these ANTI SOCIETY AND RATHER ANTI NATIONAL actions of the political class and is it that the system has decided not to go into deeper meanings of the GANDHIJI THREE PROVERBIAL MONKEYS. Have we decided to go from slumber to deep sleep in stead of going to awakening state, so that we are able to save what so ever is still left unharmed and un-perished.
Many persons in the field just now contesting elections in all the five states are reported to have criminal background even having pending criminal cases against them in the courts of law. The question is, should the system be handed over to such persons, making mockery of justice, LAW BRAKERS DOING THE JOB OF LAW Makers. What impression we are going to give to the world and what education are we passing on to the future generations.
Politicians before and even after elections are reported shifting from one political outfit to the other one, giving unethical reasons. Though the main reasons for such shiftings seem to be selfishness and trying to be near the GREENER PASTEURES so as always to be in the queue of the gainers. CHANGING COLOURS THIS WAY by the political class shames even the CHAMELEONS who feel defeated in this race. Then political parties in general are not based on IDEOLOGIES, but are working as business houses and the customers shall always have the option to change. IS THE SYSTEM IN ANY WAY CONCERNED?
Unneeded facilities to the ELECTED ONES have been given, most of which are not at all connected with their duties e.g. TRAVELS, including to their families. Should it not be more reasonable to permit only limited travels for them and their dependent family members, that too only from the constituency they represent to the headquarters of respective STATE HQs OR THE NATIONA CAPITAL. Other facilities of ACCOMODATIONS and providing SECURITY too need be need based. IN SOME STATES SUCH FACILITIES ARE BEING PROVIDED EVEN TO THE EX.CMs. Should the system not think over and affect changes so that the system is not unnecessarily burdened to facilitate the non doers. If at all some facilities are to be given, these must be kept to the minimum, say just 2/3 bed room sets, that too depending on needs and size of the dependent family members.
Many elected ones and position holders are provided security for their person as well as their family members, including at their respective residences. Basically SECURITY SYSTEM should be for the general public as a whole. In case such facilities are considered unavoidable against any harm by the tamsik or criminal elements for some, such position holders can be housed in some particular housing complexes where GROUP SECURITY for the many may be sufficient. The security force thus spared from security of the individuals can well be utilized for general public’s security and also against antinational and terrorist groups. We remember the days when most CMs and ministers would move un-surrounded by security personnel nor it would be at their residences, might be one or two maximum, if at all provided to some. But now most elected ones, the judges, some officers of central and state governments, ministers, CMs, central ministers and many more are provided with battalions of such force. The first PM shri Nehru too would move in the OPEN CARS WITHOUT security personnel with him. Cannot we see how much we have downgraded our selves in the esteem of public, and why holders of pillars are not able to think over to diagnose and find remedies.
For the last some time agitations do take place, some even VERY VIOLENT demanding RESERVATIONS for particular CASTES /COMMUNITIES or other reasons. In the process public as well as private properties are targeted for attacks to express anger. Will the functionaries of the PILLARS ever decide that this whole system of RESERVATION has to be given COMPLETE FULL STOP now so that heart burnings on the matter stop and the nation is saved from further divide on the basis of CASTE/COMMUNITY /REGION/Language etc.? Why forget that the framers of this constitution whom and which we feel so respectable and sacrosanct had provided reservation for a limited period only and that period is already over. Attention of PILLARS OF THIS NATION is needed.
Just now going by the election results in the five states the nation feels dumb stuck to observe that the two main political parties at national level have been wiped off the scene by the REGIONAL OUTFITS. Is this not going to weaken the country as a whole. During the past some time it is observed that the states openly disown the decisions of the central govt in the name of FEDERALISM.THIS IS A SERIOUS MATTER FOR THE NATION, as this way centre shall be becoming still weak, which ultimately may lead to DISINTEGRATION OF THE COUNTRY, SO THE PILLARS OF DEMOCRACY AS WELL AS OF THE NATION ARE DESIRED TO BE ALLERT AND ACT FAST.
What the public is able to see on the electronic media, most of the time in both houses of CENTRAL PARLIAMENT is wasted in unneeded individual issues and blame games .The real work of positive and fruitful discussions is very rare. The parties not in power generally oppose all suggestions and actions of the ruling party, without giving specific and positive suggestions. Is it not bad functioning of the LEGISLATURES? By and large position in most state legislatures is not any different.
Most schemes run under the NAMES “WELFARE SCHEMES” and where lot of funds are put on stake, are found to be SOURCES OF CORRUPTION AND LOOT only. Most funds under the schemes are siphoned off and go to enrich the functionaries of these schemes. The target groups generally get too little. ALL THESE SCHEMES NEED REVIEW. In this connection special attention of the system is invited to NAREGA /NRHMS AND MID DAY MEAL SCHEMES, let the system not make beggars, rather educate everyone to put in honest effort to earn, also to keep smaller families to overcome poverty.
CHINA, THE DRAGON, the habitually very ambitious and aggressive neighbor of ours is doing all to NAIL us specially in matters of TERITORY AND TRADE . In stead of being aggressive with china, we as a country do not seem to have made definite policies, specially in matters of trade and territory with this country ,as a result when we are giving free doles to our work force China is pushing all type of manufactured items in our country, in the process giving strength to them and making us economically weak. QUESTION IS AS TO HOW LONG OUR COUNTRY WILL TAKE TO COME OUT OF THIS TENDENCY OF “CHALTA HAI BHAI”.
Above are few thoughts directed towards all the thinkers and the pillars of democracy and the nation to please take up these issues on priority and with seriousness so as to save the nation from any further deterioration.

THIS TOO HAPPENS IN BHARAT

CRIMINALS AND THREIR HUMAN RIGHTS:-Capital punishment i.e. DEATH SENTENCES have been awarded to some criminals involved in HENIOUS crimes of killings/terrorism, anti national and such other criminal activities. As per the law of land where ever criminal acts come under the category of RAREST OF THE RAREST, only committing such acts are considered for capital punishments. Here it is observed that going by the community or area of residence of the culprits and to gain political mileage and sympathy, voices are raised including by the political parties in power in the concerned area demanding non-execution of such sentences in the name of HUMAN RIGHTS, meaning that taking any individual’s life is inhuman, knowing fully well that such persons have been given such punishment again for taking life of others. Some have even pleaded for their unconditional release from the jails. The expression and demand of sympathy and leniency for those in death row cannot be considered justified. If at all talking life of any one even the biggest culprit and anti-nationals is not justified in the name of HUMAN RIGHTS, then the question is as to how these criminals be treated and what remedy is being suggested by those pleading in favour of such criminals. All must know that such favorable conditions for such persons are created due to our faulty JUSTICE DELIVERY SYSTEM of pronged judicial process where it takes decades in deciding cases in the courts even where ever in such cases courts have given final verdicts, there too execution of orders keep lingering on due to the long ropes given even in such in the name appeals and MERCY PETITIONS. A small suggestion in this connection is that all cases of HENIOUS crimes must be taken up with in maximum of two months of the happening then such cases must be finally decided with in the next 12 months time and punishment must be executed with in further 3 months time. This way the culprits may not be able to gain public sympathy and also continue to tax the public exchequer needed to ensure their safety and upkeeps. Spending even a single penny on such criminals again is like burning good money and energy for wrong causes. More over if the justice delivery system is thus speeded up those wishing to go for crimes may be discouraged, finding that after committing crimes, they may not live for long or as free birds. At the same time showing sympathy and agitating in favour of such criminals can be treated as acts of treachery punishable under law. Delaying decisions in such cases have also helped at least some of them fleeing from the jails and thus again indulging in the similar criminal activities. Then there is the example where some hardened criminals and anti-nationals HAD TO BE RESPECTFULLY RELEASED FROM JAILS AND HANDED OVER TO THEIR ORIGINAL CLASS IN THE Kandahar plane hijack case. HAVE WE DECIDED NOT TO LEARN EVEN FROM SUCH INCIDENTS? TILL FINAL DECISIONS AND PUNISHMENTS ARE EXECUTED IN THE CASES OF HARDENED CRIMINALS AND ANTINATIONALS SUCH PERSONS NEED BE TOTALLY IMMOBALISED IN THE JAILS TO THE EXTENT THAT THEY KEEP TOTALLY CUT OF FROM THE OUTSIDE WORLD.

FAILING HEALTH OF BHARAT

As of now, once ‘’SONE KI CHIRIYA AND TREASURE OF KNOWLEDGE’’ the BHARAT is now suffering from failing health in many ways. Some symptoms of its present health are detailed hereto after;-
Explosion of population, resulting in making hell of each and every one and the systems/Too high level of CORRUPTION in all walks of life/RISING COST of each and every item available in the markets meant for purchase/consumption or for long-term needs/MANY ITEMS, even those meant for physical consumption including eatables as well as medicines are reported either adulterated, or made substandard. Still some may be measuring or weighing less than prescribed/LACK OF COMMITMENTS at all levels, down to the lowest position holder from the highest position in bureaucracy as well as the political class, including self- employed professionals and business community. /EDUCATION given a total neglect, instead literacy only is being treated as EDUCATION, thus giving a very bad definition to such a high important aspect of human and national upliftment. / LITERACY AND MEDICAL CARE made very costly and almost unaffordable for the lesser earning families. Besides for those who still wish to get their wards admitted for these facilities so as to exist in the society are made to pay large sums under the table in the names of DONATIONS and/or for many other reasons, a very bad culture./ Election process made very expensive and impossible for the honest and really committed and concerned citizens to take courage to venture for/ POLITICAL PARTIES INCREASING IN LARGE NUMBERS ,SO MUCH SO THAT MANY OF THOSE REGISTERED under the act may not be contributing any thing by thoughts or actions for the well being of the society or the nation. Even many such outfits are reported being run only as business concerns in order to avail certain concessions/benefits as available after registration under the act. As of now many political outfits, even those working on ALL INDIA BASIS are openly propagating DIVISIONS IN THE SOCIETY ON THE BASIS OF CASTE, COMMUNITY, LANGUAGE, SEX, REGION and so on, thus further harming the cohesion of what so ever is left in the country as of now. There were times when well intentioned, committed ,dedicated and selfless persons would enter politics. Unfortunately these qualifications in general are found missing at present./ NO MINIMUM LITERACY LEVELS for voters and/or contestants are prescribed, nor retirement age has been fixed for holders of posts in politics and governments. As of now many persons well beyond the retirement age fixed for GOVERNMENT employees including holders of JUDICIAL positions, continue to hold very important positions in political set up as ministers and peoples’ representatives. As per the law of nature such persons may not in many cases be able to do justice to themselves as well as to their positions. There seems no democratic functioning in the political parties, some remain under the spell of some individuals or their family members, just from their formations to the end. /The country as a whole including the states do not have ONE COMMON OFFICIAL LANGUAGE ( MAXIMUM TWO IF INEVITABLE) so that none feels inconvenienced while moving from one region to an other or taking a job or moving about or shifting to the other areas, states./ The way SUBSIDIES, DOLES are being given badly affect monetary health of the nation, simultaneously developing beggar tendencies in the receivers of such concessions also making such class developing the tendencies of laziness which in the long run may badly affect NATIONAL HEALTH on all parameters including the receivers of doles/Lot of DIVISIONS ON CASTE, COMMUNITY, SEX, AREA, LANGUAGE BASIS etc have been made and providing services, facilities and care are DISCRIMINATED in favor or against members of the same society and country. Should all this not be treated as against NATURAL LAW OF JUSTICE AND EQUALITY?/ States, districts are being further bifurcated just to get political mileage over the other political outfits in the field without keeping in view the expenses involved, agricultural and other lands being taken over to facilitate such new formations. The names of places, the districts and even states, the railway stations and many other places are changed indiscriminately for similar political reasons in view, forgetting in the process the expenses involved at all levels to effect the changes in all the national records as well as the inconvenience caused to the general public, many may not be able to know the changes that have been made by the system./ There are many a times SHORTAGES OF SPECIALISTS, EXPERTS, HEADS OF THE GOVT DIVISIONS LIKE DOCTERS IN HOSPITALS, TEACHERS IN LEARNING INSTITUTES, judges in courts down to the lower ones to the high courts and even supreme court etc,resulting in inconvenience to the public at all levels. / SECURITY AND SAFETY seems meant for some sections of the society only,i.e THE ELECTED ONES AND THOSE HOLDING POSITIONS at the level of bureaucracy, resulting in the general public remaining at the mercy of the remaining only a few security personnel left, who may normally not be able to do justice to the given task even if they wish to perform to the best of caliber and capacity. /The country is IMPORTING MANY ITEMS OF COMMON USE AND EVEN FOR LUXURIES from other countries, whereby Indian industry is sure to suffer and the Indian youth ‘s energy not being fully made use of . Many engineering students even after passing out either do not get jobs as production engineers or they themselves do not wish to work in the production units, rather wish to go for white collar jobs. THIS CAN be treated as BAD planning and bad literacy. Similar may be the position in respect of other specialized learning. This aspect of literacy need be taken care of so that in spite of huge population we remain deficient on many specialized and other posts, where as in the administrative offices and for clerical jobs there are mostly over staffing.
Whatsoever has been detailed herein before is only a tip of the ice Berge. The real thing is “EK DO JAKHAM NAHIN HAIN SARA BADAN HAI JAKHAMI, AB DARD PARESHAN HAI UTHOON KAHAN SE MAIN”. So surgery seems to be the real remedy.
To cure all these ailments and in order to improve upon the health of BHARAT and to bring back its lost glory some suggestions are given hereto after;
To control SPREAD OF POPULATION and rather to bring it to negative growth rate, laws have to be made and enforced with immediate effect so that none from now onward is to have more than one child for the next 10 years and there after it can be relaxed to permit it unto 2 only. For this purpose policy of incentives and disincentives need be followed and law for the purpose has to be made equally applicable to all citizens without any distinction of caste or community. Country’s needs can be given preference to the so called real or unreal beliefs of some ones. Till we are able to bring down population with in controllable limits, services of each eligible citizen can be utilized to increase production of all items of use with in the country itself so that we do not have to import many items from outside the country and our excess population does not become a thorn in the eyes.-----To CHECK CORRUPTION at all levels, nation must be made to observe AUSTARITY at all levels. Assembly of more than say 25/30 persons in any function including at the government levels can be totally banned so as to control wastages----To check RISING PRICES some reasons may be, supply v/s demand ,then the cast of production and procurements have to made lower by putting a check on increased spending at Governmental levels, higher wages and unneeded facilities given to workers and staff, higher rates of taxes as well as very large spending on advertisements where in PLAYERS AND FILM ACTORS specially are paid too heavily which add to the cost of items. ADULTRATIONS AND SHORT SUPPLIES too are the result of all such policies. The PRICES OF LAND AND BUILDINGS too contribute a lot in becoming most items more and more costly. So THIS ASPECT OF FINANCIAL PLANNING NEED BE TAKEN CARE AT ONCE, as with the increase in prices of land and buildings and due to heavy taxation, prices are sure to shoot up. -----FIXING OF ACCOUNTABILITY at all levels down from the lowest worker to the highest bureaucracy and political class may help increase commitments .COMPULSIONS OF VOTE BANK POLITICS are generally not permitting the system to help CALIBRE AND COMMITMENTS take precedent over all other considerations, Just giving recognition to the right actions can be of great help----Emphasis need be placed on REAL EDUCATION instead of literacy only where each and every citizen from school going children to those going for the highest degree courses including for PHDs need be made self sufficient, good at physical and mental health to be able to take up the jobs for livelihood with earnest and also becomes an asset to the nation and society. Some 2/3 years of compulsory military type of physical training too can help a lot. If at all, Governments wish to support the citizens by freebees or doles, these, by doing for education and health care, may serve the nation in real terms. ----Most problems as of now seem to be due to our political system, where many amendments are immediately needed such as permitting only two political parties for the whole nation, elections to be held for parties instead of the individuals, then on the basis of number or percentage of votes poled for each of them, nominations can be made by them keeping in view the literacy levels, education, commitments to the nation etc .Election expenses too can be borne from the public exchequer. By doing so there will be no spoilers left in politics, and when expenses for contesting elections are not to be borne by the candidate, then they may not be allured to make good the expenses later by indulging in unfair and corrupt practices, on getting elected.
These are the few thoughts only on some points for many other ailments that the nation just now be suffering from, request is made to those who can go through these lines to please add their own views where ever thought fit so as to make the systems move in the right direction, GOOD FOR THE PRESENT AND FUTURE GENERATIONS keeping in mind that efforts made by our great leaders like SARDAR VALLABH BHAI PATEL who with his statesmanship and wisdom knit the entire country into one great nation do not go waist. Also we must remember the many other great leaders like SUBHASH CHANDRA BOSE whose slogan ‘TUM MUJHE KHOON DO MAIN TUMHAIN AAZADI DDONGA’ meaning that no one is to enjoy fruits without ones own contribution. This should be a guide to those who make many promises for doles and freebees.
Just now there have been discussions in both houses of parliament over LOK PAL BILL where many MPs expressed their anguish when some voices outside the house were raised in the country blaming majority of political class for corruption. No doubt many may not be directly involved in corruption cases, but the nation has elected them only to work for good governance and if that is not forthcoming then naturally only they deserve to be blamed for the mess. More over most elected ones after getting elected start leading lives ‘KING SIZE’ So the JANTA who sees it all naturally have to GRUDGE. More over majority under this class after getting elected are found becoming rich with a speed and still many of the elected ones are found to be of negative and criminal tendencies under such conditions, GENERAL PUBLIC cannot be stopped from making their own conclusions, to avoid these observations from the general public. It may be in the best interest of all that only persons with total clean image and satvik tendencies find place in the elected houses.
During the last some months some committed members of the society under the leadership of Shri ANNA HAZARE have been fighting for installation of INSTITUTION OF LOK PAL. The parliament despite promising to pass the strong required legislation did not do it. So angered by this deceit, team ANNA now announces to canvass in the forth coming elections against only one political party i.e. the majority stake holder in the coalition government at the centre. Here it may be more prudent on part of TEAM ANNA as well as others not to hold only one political party at fault, when the entire political system seem responsible for this act of not enacting and passing a strong desired legislation only for each party worrying for their political gains, it may be more helpful to now fight for cleansing the POLITICAL SYSTEM as a whole. Also ensure public pressure for eradication of corruption from the system so that they feel compelled for good governance. More over going by natural instincts of desires not being controlled due to LACK OF PROPER EDUCATION then desires being further fuelled by continuously increasing needs and the society giving RECOGNATION TO POSITIONS AND POSSESSIONS difficulties come in the way of such controls as such these areas too need be explored for further attacks, if any, are to be made.
HOPE THE SENTIMENTS HERE TO FORE SHALL REACH THEIR DESTINAIONS AND THE NATIONLISTS SHALL TAKE CARE.

AWAKE, ARISE AND BE POSITIVE

India is known as the world’s biggest democracy. Biggest it surely is going by the hugeness of population and the number of elected persons and elected bodies down from the Gram sabhas to the state assemblies and the central parliament. To be big in itself can not be treated as a matter of pride and virtue, though to be great is so. To ensure that this big country attains to greatness and that too the real one, some thoughts are expressed here to after;-
First attack has to be on our political system and election process where number of political parties for the country as a whole i.e. from lowest levels of gram sabhas to the highest level of central parliament, need be pegged to TWO ONLY. This will help bar unneeded spoilers in politics as well as will help controlling divides and hatred on community, language area basis etc. It would also reduce the cost of conducting elections to a great extent. Change need be made in election process, where elections can be held for the two proposed political outfits only instead of the individual candidates as is being done at present. Then on the basis of percentage of votes secured by each of these outfits [political parties] persons can be nominated in one go down from the lowest levels to the central parliament. To ensure that only one single outfit does not capture the entire elected bodies, at the time of voting distinctions can be made on state or even at the lowest levels. This process will obviate the necessity of holding elections every now and then also need for midterm poles shall not be there. The entry of individuals in the election fray will also be automatically stopped. If the individuals do not have to go for contesting election ,then naturally no individual shall need to spend individually, and after getting elected will not indulge in, by open and hidden means, to make good the money spent for election. This will also help cleans the system to a large extent.
Minimum literacy levels must be fixed for the persons to be nominated at different levels. Good it should be to nominate persons of integrity, knowledge, and of selfless and satvik tendencies. , educated in real terms and committed to the cause of society and nation.
None above the age of 70 years be permitted to be nominated for the elected houses. So should be the age limit for ministerial positions with the provision that on completion of this prescribed upper age limit ,the nominated ones must be made to vacate and that vacancy may be filled by the other eligible person from the same political party whose member the retired one was.
Strength must be given to the party bosses. Their commands must be binding for their members so as to maintain discipline in the party. Still there must be complete democracy in side the party forums, where all must be permitted to express their minds and thinking freely. Maximum age limit for the party bosses can be fixed at 75 years. In case some above this age are considered as inseparable for the political outfits they can be taken as advisers or permanent invitees with the purpose of getting elderly advice, but without right to vote.
Party set ups must be consisting of about 20/25 persons of eminence whose wisdom and statesman ship must be above board and all vital decisions must be taken collectively. Elections to these top posts in political set ups must be held after say 2/3 years with provisions that none has to hold the same position for more than two continuous terms.
Despite maintaining complete discipline and decorum in the party system, still the members must be permitted to be free to express their independent views even in the law making bodies, especially where matters of national interest are involved.
All the persons nominated by the parties must be given specific jobs and areas for development and over all supervision. These persons need not be pampered by giving undue facilities, instead should be made accountable for the work allotted to each one of them. Facilities to be provided to these persons should be that much only which do not in any case develop in them the tendency to treat themselves as much above the general public. Such persons must simultaneously move in the public as ordinary citizens so that they can observe the conditions with their own ears and eyes vide open.
While the bodies are in session at least 70%attendance for each and everyone must be ensured. Participation by each member in the houses and every one’s individual contribution by thoughts and action should be properly monitored so as to assess their usefulness or otherwise for continuation as nominated one.
Discussions in the lawmaking bodies must be without hindrances and disturbances, rather it must be made sure that when one member is expressing the others should not poke their nose, instead can make their noting so as to be able to put up their own view points on their turn . During discussions on law bills points to be raised and suggestions to be made must be to the point as well as logical.
As of now most political outfits remain busy in promising or giving doles or freebies without going by the capacity of the system to bear such unneeded burdens. On this aspect very serious and immediate thinking and actions are needed, so that our countrymen do not become mentally and physically sick and the country’s economy does not go into doldrums. Just now a very bad culture of waiver of loans taken from the banking system has developed, which not only spoils the lending industry but also creating very bad tendencies in the borrowers. This may in the long run spoil the entire economy of the country.Unluckilily all these bad economics are being followed when our country’s top political heads are economists only. Do we not now think of bringing forward the administrators like Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, to head the governments at all levels, so that the created mess is cleared.
During electioneering or discussions in the lawmaking bodies lot of time and energy is wasted in blame games and proving own self as lesser dirty than all the others especially those to whom they wish to oppose and in the process the real issues get side tracked. On this tendency of the political outfits as they exist now serious thinking and decision making is needed immediately, so that the nation does not spoil its image further in the estimation of others.
With the acceptance of the suggestions as mentioned here to fore, where in special emphasis is laid on restricting the political parties in the country to two only and with proper code of conduct for these outfits and their persons may now be able to coolly ponder over the issues at hand ,such as CONTROLLING EXPLOSIVE INCREASE IN POPULATION, DEPLETING NATURAL RESOURCES, CORRUPTIONS AT ALL LEVELS, SHORT SUPPLIES AND ADULTRATIONS IN MOST ITEMS OF DAILY USE including eatables and medicines, disputes among the states over many matters including water sharing boundaries or on language basis etc. Knitting the country into one nation again by having only two same official languages which should be used in all the states as well as central government offices, real development at all levels i.e. from village to the metros controlling pollutions of all nature, rush at all places including markets, hospitals, schools, railways and railway stations, roads, streets, etc. Making optimum use of the humans and all such matters of importance. But for all these interest of the society and country men as a whole need be treated as supreme over all other considerations. Just now elections for 5 state assemblies are going to be held and all political outfits[Their numbers cannot be counted as all the ten HAND fingers provided by the nature shall fall short to count them] are busy in appeasing the electorates. In the process of electioneering almost total emphasis is laid on blaming the other outfits in the fray and also in making promises for doles and concessions to the voters. These politicians forget that what so ever are being promised by them are not in any case their personal belongings; rather these, if at all shall be given to them are for care as custody. In the process not a single word is spoken to exhort the populace for sacrifices as well as to contribute their might to take the states forward on the roads to real and all round developments, nor the political outfits themselves promise to show the right path to the public, nor as to how they themselves will put in their efforts to take the states forward on the road of progress.
Very important for the enlightened and committed DESHBHAKTAS as well as those fighting against CORRUPTION, specially TEAM ANNA to please take note of the promises being made by the political class and take up these issues on priority basis so that a stop is put at once to this bad culture of bribing or trying to bribe the voters . During the process of canvassing for votes, promises are also made to provide special concessions to particular group or community . This only helps in creating divides in the society and the nation. All these aspects too can be classified as corrupt practices only and need be fought out as cancer of vote bank and corruption. Many old and already heeled wounds are being raked by the present political outfits by instigating particular community for gains in their favor. All these actions of the political outfits only help creating further hatred and divide in the society must be treated as purely for selfish gains and must be treated as anti human and antinational, as well as must be classified as CORRUPTION OF HIGHEST LEVEL.
To sum up what has been mentioned hereto fore are a few lines expressed by some thinking person reading as[BULBULO GAR TUMHARA CHAMAN LUT GAYA CHEHCHAHANE BATAO KAHAN JAO GE, PHOOL PHAL HI LAGE NA AGAR BAGH MEIN ASHIYANA BANANE KAHAN JAO GE]To sum up, house holders [janta], the chowkidars [concerned and committed citizens] are needed to be always VIGILENT AND ALERT to safe guard their garden [nation] as all those deployed at all the entry gates as gate keepers, are perhaps not doing their duties honestly and are permitting the entry to spoilers and wrong doers into this garden of INDIAN NATION.
