Just now floods have created havoc in Assam. There has been lot of loss of properties,fields have been washed off creating many problems to the agriculturists along with others , many cattle too might have been perished,Besides there are reported loss of HUMAN LIVES of more than seventy. Some figures on loss of human lives are reported,but the more may be added at the final count as floods recede.We understand that these type of situations happen here quite frequently including in other parts of our country. It is now reported by the media that the PM and head of Majority party in the country and government at the center have flown to the affected areas to take Arial view of the situation The Question comes to the mind as to how these dignitaries' visit will help the matters,as their visits may rather create more problems due to security concerns for them and for those engaged in the relief f and rehabilitation activities, more over these positions holders are in no way expert in solving FLOOD SITUATIONS. Their visits to these areas at this juncture can at best be categorized as SHOW BUSINESS AND TO GAIN SYMPATHY FOR VOTE BANK purposes,and their sympathies at best can be treated like SHEDDING OF CROCODILE TEARS. Very sure the sufferers of the situations too understand this very well. Do the country request our KARANDHARS to avoid such SHOW BUSINESS and in stead PLAN AND ACT TO MAKE PUBLIC LIVES more comfortable by PROPER/COMMITTED AND FLAWLESS PLANNING AND THEIR HONEST AND FEARLESS EXECUTIONS and also not to create hindrances by their presence where it is least needed. CELEBRATING INDEPENDANE DAY –
Bharat now is almost in the middle of 7th decade of our having achieved INDEPENDENCE from foreign rule and slavery like conditions. For achieving this freedom many selfless and dedicated country men sacrificed their comforts and even lives in many cases. At last BARAT became free only on 15/8/1947.This day is celebrated through out the country as INDEPENDENCE DAY. Lot of functions are held from REDFORT in Delhi to the state capitals , the district head quarters and even gram sabhas the offices and other public places .At the state capitals and REDFORT in Delhi big shows are organized at heavy expenses and many times inconvenience to the general public . Some messages are also given by the heads of the governments /states .Many a time the political heads indulge in political blame games or speaking high of their respective outfits .This we have been doing since the last many years.

CANCER OF VOTE BANK/GOVERNANCE.
Strange is the thinking of Political class of all hues whether in power or out of power.Same is true of the bureaucracy, through out the length and breadth of the Country. It seems that all the Political class and the bureaucracy have taken very seriously the GANDHIji’s three proverbial monkeys, each ordained separately not to see, hear and speak EVIL. Good it must had been going by what BAPU had in mind then. But our entire system designated to think, plan and work for the Country and Society, seem to have learnt too much from these monkeys and have permanently locked their innings, not to be opened till it is to serve their personal, including their nears and dear’s selfish interests, or when they are physically pushed to open their sense innings and act. The latest and most recent incident, when movement JAT AGITATIONS created lot of problems, blocked movement of many trains by squatting on the Railway tracks. They continued to create problems for the general public in general and the railway passengers in particular, for full FIFTEEN DAYS who suffered in many ways at different railway stations. The State Govt. under whose domain the things were happening, not only remained silent spectator to the situation, rather to gain political mileage supported demands of the agitationists on quota in reservations under OBC. The Railway ministry whose trains were being stopped and who were also required to take action to ensure that the systems work properly, did not take any action to mitigate sufferings of their passengers. The Railway minister too remained elusive and busy with the elections in a state, so as to be able to occupy the chair of States’ CHIEF MINISTER. The central Govt. too remained in slumber, lest any party in the whole chain gets annoyed, resulting in loss of VOTE BANK for the parties in power at the CENTRE. Similarly all other political outfits, who would create all types of humbug and problems even at the drop of a PIN, followed GANDHIS’ three proverbial monkey fearing again of LOSS OF VOTE BANK. It seems all these power centers were perhaps waiting for some outside agencies’ interference to bail them out of this mesh and to set the things moving. It was only after the COURTS’ judgment on a PIL filed by other than these power centers, that the movement of trains was permitted by the agitationists, who otherwise too are reported to be lenient now, and may behave. After all, fear of LAW matters to all.
This is only one such instance. Such types of problems are being faced by the general public on daily basis, where too, approach of the system is generally no different, unless it is to serve political needs and vote bank protections on case to case basis. Some instances are detailed hereto after:-
• Nothing being done put a stop on the increasing population, due to which most problems of the country exist.
• Nothing being done to check divide in the society by putting a stop on all types of RESERVATIONS .The country has already been divided a lot on the basis of LANGUAGE, COMMUNITIES, and making still smaller on the basis of language and cultures.
• No check is done on the entry of criminals and elements of negative tendency in politics .Many members in the state assemblies as well in the central parliament are reported to be unfit to understand laws what to speak of helping positively in making of laws, which is supposed to be the duty of legislatures.
• Nothing being done to put stop on increasing corruption in public as well private life.
• Why system is not able to know and act in the matter of increasing prices.
• Why trading in lands and properties being permitted knowing fully well that when rates of LANDS & PROPERTIES increase, result will automatically be more corruption and increase in prices at all levels. At present prices of both these items are touching the sky.
• Why states are being permitted to increase CIRCLE RATES OF LAND AND PROPERTIES to fill the gaps between their incomes and expenditures, in stead of their putting a stop on wasteful expenditures.
• Why no check is being done to make movement on the roads more comfortable by checks on number of vehicle.
• Why new states are being permitted to come into being thus putting pressure on use of agricultural land which of necessity is used for additional infrastructure for administrative purposes and residences.
• Why ban is not put on unnecessary construction of monuments, also why so big accommodations are being permitted for the elected politicians including present and past ministers and chief ministers. This too is a big drain on public funds and scares commodity in the shape of land. Why no attention is being given to the other so many natural resources, which surely is the result of obnoxious increase in population, and putting no stop on other wasteful expenses at all levels.
• Why no action is being taken to change the more than 60 years old constitution and making a New Constitution to fit for the present needs of the country. The biggest needed change seems to be to permit not more than two political parties in the whole of the country, so that elections are held simultaneously through out the country, so as to save a lot of funds involved in holding elections in the country at different periods. Why country does not have only two official languages including all the states. These two languages can be ENGLISH AND HINDI.
• Why shares of income of CENTRE as well as states are not properly defined, so that the blame game by the states is permanently put an end to.
• These are the few points only which came to the wisdom of writer of these lines.
Request to all is to try to come out of slumber ,keep all their innings open to act, let all the position holders move in the public as normal citizens, see the things themselves with open eyes, and have courage to take actions. This also seems very essential that the bureaucracy is permitted to work on the basis of laws and rules , and do not have to look to the political masters ,except for general policy matters. Their TRANSFERS & POSTINGS need be very clearly defined; rather evaluation of their performance and conduct should also go beyond their political bosses. They should be permitted to maintain their dignity, so that they are able to express freely and with courage and without fear, and for any short comings in their working, they need not be spoken harsh in public. . Still definite service rules need be enacted for this class so that they too do not come to behave as kings, as the present politicians are doing.

LESSONS FROM CENSUS -2011
News papers of 1st April 2011 are full of the details of provisional data on the census-2011. Going by the information &details given the following three points seem to be more glaring which are discussed here after.:-
1.We are 121 crores now, indicating an abnormal increase in the human heads in our Country and that we have added almost a foreign country in one single decade. Also that now our population is what six big countries in the world combined together are not able to cross our figures. We know that in the year 1947, total population of the Country was in the neighborhood of 33 crores. Do the present figures not make the countrymen and their KARANDHARS hang their heads in shame pondering over as to how during all these years we have been sitting idle on such an important matter? Also seeing fully well how natural resources of all kinds ,specially,water,agricultural land, coal, stones and all other minerals have depleted drastically so much so that we may leave very little or even nothing for the future generations and also compel the country to spread hands with begging bowls before others so that the countrymen live any how, and are not forced to starve and live with other shortages. It is requested to all concerned citizens and our KARANDHARS to force and enforce the systems to at least fort 10 years from now to move for maximum one child norm for each couple, without any distinction of caste, sect or community. Purpose and planning must be directed towards bringing population growth to negative in maximum of five years period. After all, country is above the aspirations and beliefs of any individual or the groups. Sure as it is that every one’s interest shall be safe if country is free from all types of malice. Also ensure immediate check on the waste of all types of natural resource. Conserve water by judicious use and also by factual and honest enforcement of rainwater harvesting policy, save petrolium by proper and effective control over use and maintenances of vehicles, and proper public transports. Conserve agricultural land by non-permitting of its use for other than agricultural purposes. Supply of water, coal ,electricity, or any other items under this category free of cost and unmetered, need be totally stopped, as it develops the tendency to waste and misuse, thus putting additional pressure on natural resources. Similarly other items can be taken care of. The more serious & bigger problems too have been created by the humans entering the domain of wild life and indiscriminate felling of trees in most parts of the country to make space for humans to live and to create other infrastructures in the shape of roads, rails, bridges, factories etc .The result is that many a times wild animals have started entering the human habitats and some good number of incidents of human killings and their being harmed by the animals are being reported. Similarly many parts of our country are now facing the menace of MONKEYS who are seen openly moving in the cities and doing all types of harms to the public ,their properties, the agricultural products, when they enter the fields. Need as such is to seriously ponder over all these problems and act immediately.
Though of course since the system so for has been keeping the eyes and ears closed, a lot of harm has already been done. It is also reported that now to make more space available for human population, encroachments are being made on the sea shores, which again is sure to create more problems.
2. Sex ratio:- The decrease in percentage wise population of girls against boys has to be more realistically assessed and proper action initiated. As of now the girls are more vulnerable against crimes. At present law and order machinery does not seem to be meant for the safety and protection of the general public, rather most are deployed to take care of the political class and position holders in bureaucracy . In case the system can spare the security personals deployed with the individuals of the fore mentioned classes and category of persons, and the same are spread in the system to look to the general public, will help better the law and order position in general and females of all ages may feel and remain more safe & secure which in tern shall also lessen the burden on the guardians of the females and may not treat them as burden and thus wish to eliminate them. Then laws of the land must be made more strict and transparent, to ensure speedy punishments to wrong doers. Then if the system decides only to follow the Gandhi’s three proverbial monkeys and pledges not to see, hear or speak ,then all the best, but in case the decisions are to keep all the inward flowing faculties open then it must be clear to the system as to how much parents of the girl child have to spend on marriages and even after that in order to ensure safety and happiness of their daughters even after marriage. SOME ANTI DOWERY laws are reported in existence, but not followed at all. It should be prudent to observe how such laws are openly flouted and how huge sums of money are spent only on decoration to welcome the guests from the side of the grooms. Then leave alone the expenses on dinners and dowry, which not only still remains prevalent in the society, rather the malice is on the increase. The need is to enforce anti-dowry law honestly in letter and spirit, and also make laws that none shall be permitted to host more than 25 guests at a given time. The decorations too must be permitted to the minimum level only. Many other steps and decisions can also be taken for their real and honest implementation.
3.LITERACY LEVELS:-It is now detected that in the Country’s literacy level has increased all around . What the figures say cannot be contested, but what is seen with the naked eyes and in general is that perhaps figures have been taken on the basis of simple enrolments in the schools, without going by the position, location, atmosphere, quality of teachers in such schools. Then as of now, due to the midday meals schemes started by the Govts,(which otherwise seem more a vote catching measure)many children might be coming to the schools for the purpose of such meals only and taking no interest in studies at all. Then atmosphere including teaching in many schools do not attract them for learning and so feel better being out of such schools.
Request is that the machinery must make very serious and honest assessment of the figures, ensure periodical visits to most schools, make corrections where ever needed so that not only literacy level improves ,rather all school going and even students of higher classes are given real education as well. OTHERWIASE TOO THE SYSTEM IS REQUESTED TO CULL THE HOLY CENSUS FIGURES AND PLAN TO MAKE THIS COUNTRY A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE IN.

THINKING POSITIVE
The country must be highly obliged to those who conceived the idea that proceedings in both houses of Central Parliament be telecast alive by the ELECTRONIC MEDIA so that the countrymen can directly watch as to what is happening and what their representatives are doing and how they are behaving in the temples of Democracy. So many concerned citizens in the society try to devote the time available with them to watch the proceedings in both houses of central parliament. The normal observation must be that mostly no serious issues concerning the general upliftment of the Country and the Society and as to how positive and foolproof laws are enacted are taken up. On the other hand, individual issues are put forward or lot of time in these houses is wasted by indulging in blame games, or mudslingings. Then mostly lot of disturbances are created to the extent that many a times there are complete pandemonium in these temples of DEMOCRACY. The position in the state legislatures too, we observe is not any different. Such observations are made on the basis of Media reports. The BILLS where ever are taken up are generally passed without serious discussions. Hope that most concerned citizens must be feeling that such a trend need be changed so that our systems work in more useful manners and in the best interest of the society and the country as a whole.
The writer of these lines feels that such nagativeness is mostly due to the unlimited number of political parties functioning in the system, mostly with their own agendas, limited basically to attract more votes to their fold, so that they get power for their outfits or remain near to the power centers. Rather most political parties are being run as business houses concerned with gain for those who are at the helm of such outfits. Then the minimum level of literacy for eligibility has not been prescribed for the member of these AUGUST houses. The measurement of education levels remains out of question. The political parties and outfits not forming part of the ruling outfits do not generally contribute for the betterment of the systems, rather oppose the governments for all acts and at all levels, might be due to the name given to them as opposition parties . So the actions and tendencies too become as per the name (OPPOSITION) given to them.
The suggestion as such is that the MAIN POLITICAL PARTY not in government be given the name as SEHYOGI DAL instead of as VIRODHI DAL . They should also be duty bound to make their own SHADOW CABNIT so that they take up the issues very seriously and positively and are able to give positive and workable suggestions feeling them as part of the Govt. The other smaller parties and outfits too can be given similar suitable and respectable names so that they too develop the feeling of their being part of the Govts. The system of addressing the parties not farming part of the ruling outfits be not addressed as OPPOSITION party.
Hope this change of nomenclature will create positive thinking and way of working of the system and the COUNTRY may become a better place to live in. The future generations too may be highly benefitted by this simple change.

The political parties and outfits not forming part of the ruling outfits do not generally contribute for the betterment of the systems, rather oppose the governments for all acts and at all levels, might be due to the name given to them as opposition parties . So the actions and tendencies too become as per the name (OPPOSITION) given to them.
The suggestion as such is that the MAIN POLITICAL PARTY not in government be given the name as SEHYOGI DAL instead of as VIRODHI DAL . They should also be duty bound to make their own SHADOW CABNIT so that they take up the issues very seriously and positively and are able to give positive and workable suggestions feeling them as part of the Govt. The other smaller parties and outfits too can be given similar suitable and respectable names so that they too develop the feeling of their being part of the Govts. The system of addressing the parties not farming part of the ruling outfits be not addressed as OPPOSITION party.
Hope this change of nomenclature will create positive thinking and way of working of the system and the COUNTRY may become a better place to live in. The future generations too may be highly benefitted by this simple change.

CORRUPTION/INFLATION/RISING PRICES.
The above mentioned as subject matter of these writings are the three most dreadful and cruel MONSTERS which are eating into the vitals of the Indian society and country as a whole so much so that their areas of operation and tendencies seem bent upon to ensure that country and the society is harmed to such an extent that the repairs become impossible. The bad luck is that all the three monsters are fathered/nourished and developed by the same very society/ the political system and the bureaucracy who otherwise are supposed to protect the system/society and the countrymen from these monsters. Basically all the three monsters are jointed together at the body though their heads still remain separate so that they continue to spread their fangs and make a search for the would be victims’. These three monsters are being discussed hereto after separately and in combination as well.
- CORRUPTION;-In general terms it is related to be moneywise enriched by unfair means like bribes meaning both taking and giving for getting favours, malpractices, adulteration and short supplies etc. In political circles it is by way of distributing largeese in the shape of free supply of items to some selected group of persons or community just for the purpose of political gains/ exceeding to unfair and unjustified demands put up by the pressure groups so that their vote bank is positively affected. If not so, at least it is not negatively affected/ exceeding to the demands of a division and bifurcation of states again for the same very purpose. Dividing the society by making provision for reservations, then unnecessary and unwanted subsidies which again is given to specified class. All these acts are basically not to serve the country but rather for selfish needs of the political system and must be classified as CORRUPTION. The political parties not in government too do not take courage to correct the wrongs, again due to keeping their eyes on the vote bank. ALL THIS IS CORRUPTION. Some examples on the subject matter are;-FREE SUPPLY OF electricity to the farmers in some states, free midday meals in some specified schools, all schemes under NREGA.etc. This by no means helps the beneficiaries in any way. Rather these very people are being made lazy, who develop the culture of beggary and freebees which in turn may make them mentally incapacitated and physically week. All these actions by the political class need be classified as corrupt practices as these are done for their personal or political party’s gains, expenses for which are made from the public exchequer and burden on the society. All these practices must be put a brake to at once. The best would have been to deploy our workforce into the fields and factories so that we do not have to import most items from abroad and burn our foreign exchange and strengthen other countries, specially CHINA who is not only our neighbor but also by nature is very ambitious and aggressive and expansionist. This we have already known from our past experiences. By importing so heavily from CHINA we are indirectly giving more strength to their economy and military, which is a very bad STATESMANSHIP. The other bad and negative affects of all these LOK LUBHAWAN (meaning appeasement) actions and policies of the Governments at the centre as well as the states, specially free and/or highly subsidized facilities to some selected groups or individuals, put more monetary burdens on the system and other members of this very society, specially in the case of NREGA. Very sure that the so called beneficiaries under the scheme are not paid as recorded by the systems nor must they be putting in full days jobs. Some of the entries in the registers and maintained records may also be fake many a times resulting in embezzlements, thus helping increase in corruption. Due to NREGA schemes availability of daily wage workers has come down .IN THE CITIES, as a result of this, charges for all types of services have increased many fold .Not only this, the tendency of arrogance too is on the increase with this class who now decide not to do full days’ work, resulting in further increase in the cost and services. Due to this very tendency most projects taken up at the govt. levels get delayed resulting in increase in total cost. All this is again being tolerated with a view not to be harsh to the labour class again due to vote bank considerations, an act of corruption.
Due to there being no control of the system on purchase of LANDS AND BUILDINGS, prices of land have increased many folds. On the one hand the govts at all levels increase the circle rates of land to cover up the huge /unnecessary /unwanted and wasteful expenses, being incurred mostly to distribute largesse and also to satiate their own hunger for more money which is specially needed by all political class for election purposes. With the increase in circle rates the traders in land and buildings too increase their rates which results in further hike in prices at all levels. Take the case of even a small shopkeeper or the professional needing just about 3mtrs x 3mtrs of land for running the show for livelihood, then getting constructions done over the land the man may not be able to run even this meager show with less than 10/15 lacs of rupees just for cost of land. The building materials getting dearer day by day and the masonry work, further 5/6 lacs may be added to his initial cost. There after for some minimum stocks or implements, some further amount shall have to be invested. Under these circumstances such an investor will have to go for much higher margins just to have a reasonable living. These days schooling at all levels too has become very costly plus many may have to shell huge amounts under the table just to get admissions. So professionals too shall be forced to charge higher rates .All these are sufficient reasons to increase CORRUPTION AND MEHANGAI. The need as such is that trading in LAND AND BUILDINGS must be stopped as business activity. Provisions can be made to ensure that purchasers have to get constructions done on the land with in a maximum of 5 years and land must be used by the family only. If not done so, the land goes back to the selling govt. agency. Then, most importantly, lot of ill gotten money is mostly invested in properties and gold now days. The purpose for such investments is many fold including to dump ill gotten wealth away from glare of the system and also to get exorbitant profits on their sales at a future date and then to burn these extra wealth in the arrangement of functions in order to show money wise superiority to others. Such actions of the few further make others to follow who may be inclined to go for corrupt actions. The minimum wages rates as declared by the govts. For labour need a fresh thinking rather the same must be permitted to be governed by market need. Tilting of labour laws in favour of the working class must not be forced by vote bank compulsions.
INFLATION;-For the last many years Govts. At the centre and the states follow the economic policies based on deficit budgeting. What so ever the class-room economic theories may say, but these have harmed our economy a lot. The gaps between the income and expenditure are then covered up by borrowings and begging’s from within and outside the country .The govts at all levels in many cases burn money with both hands mostly to appease their vote bank as well as their work force in their offices. Instead of going for deficit financing at all levels the systems can now go for surplus budgeting policies. The money thus saved can be used to pay off the debts so that economic health of the country improves and generations, present as well as the future ones, are saved of the debt burdens, which they have to repay through the nose. In stead of going for HIGHCOST economy [MEHANGI ARTHAVYAWASTHA] THE COUNTRY CAN NOW GO FOR low cost ECONOMY [sasti arthvyawastha]. In the high cost economy hunger for money increases many folds. This naturally boosts corruption. Where as MINIMUM WAGES ACT need be scraped and wage rate can be governed by market needs. There must be definite laws to permit maximum wages and other benefits also. Wages can be permitted to the extent to maintain reasonable levels of comforts, but no body in this bad and burdened economy be paid for luxuries. The unreasonably higher paid class is creating more inflation and MEHANGAI in the system. Share of states and Centre in all their earnings and taxes can very clearly be defined by law. The states must not there after put any further demands to the centre just to appease their vote bank. Even for normal calamities too, the states must be under obligation to work within their defined resources. The tax rates at all levels including PATROLIAM products need be kept to the minimum so that prices do no go high under their pressure. This will compel the states to be maintaining financial disciplines and tendency to waste funds on unproductive and LOKLUBHAVAN schemes be curtailed. The funds thus saved can be utilized to pay off the debts. At the same time tendency to beg for grants at all levels will be curtailed.
RISING PRICES.;- Beyond what has been written/expressed hereto fore the following few more points also need attention.
As per the rules/laws in force on most of the items in packed shape mention is made of MRP [meaning maximum retail price] which in most cases are much more than the reasonable price that the item should have. The retailers generally charge the customers at the printed MRP rates, thus the consumer is made to shell out more money and the seller becomes richer by selling at higher rates. On this point serious thinking and amendments are needed so that the prices do not inflate unreasonably.
For agricultural activities the farmers have become dependant too much on fertilizers/pesticides and very costly implements. This not only increases the cost of output but should also be adversely affecting fertility of land due to its excessive exploitation. THE SYSTEMS NEED TO THINK OVER THE MATTER and do reasonable planning over this. In case agricultural output becomes more costly it is sure to pushup the prices of most other items as well.
The society by and large, specially those earning more money due to bad policies of Govts. to pay more and more higher wages and permit more other facilities to some employees in Govt. sector and not putting any ban for higher wages in private sector have become too much consumerists, leading in many cases to shortages and more demands. The industry and business class taking advantage of their habits to get things even at higher rates, push up the prices as a whole. This results in shortages and MEHANGI. Added to this, there is the class of those who earn by unfair means and further add to the problem.
Too much importance is given to the game of CRICKET and its players, who are made to earn in crores in very short periods and the public has to feed their hunger. Good it should be to ensure that this class including the other higher paid persons are given to maintain reasonably comfortable life, but no one should be permitted to earn for luxuries. The class of players who after being not able to perform in the games can be accommodated in some jobs in private or public sector.
In nutshell to control the mentioned demons the country must with immediate effect has to take immediate steps to check increase of population, control consumerism at all levels, put a bar on consumer loans by BANKS specially for CARS. Use of big sized cars need be totally banned. No body from the country should be permitted to go abroad for medical treatments and education, specially that class of people who themselves are responsible to correct and run the systems. In case they are not able to do their duties properly then why not they also suffer as the other public does.,
THEN PROBLEMS IN THE COUNTRY ALSO SEEM TO BE DUE TO COMPULSIONS OF VOTE BANK AND COALATION POLITICS,. To remedy these problems, election process and political systems in the country need be given serious thought. For that purpose even if there is need for fresh constitution that too can be considered.
These are the few thoughts, request to all those who can go through these lines is to pass on to others what so ever in their opinion can help the systems to improve so as to go for immediate control on wasteful expenses lest we too have to be further down graded on economic parameters in the world. America has been the biggest economy in case such wasteful expenses can not save their economic position, we too are in danger only.

NEGATIVE SECULARISM
It is really good that some very intelligent/committed and selfless people volunteered to join together under the leadership of Shri ANNA HAZARE to fight against CORRUPTION prevailing in the body system of BHARAT. For such noble cause help coming from any corner of the country should have been welcomed. But here too it is observed that political outfits considered more near to the HINDUS such as BJP, VHP RSS etc are treated as outcasts and worthy of hatred and neglect, only as if these outfits are suffering from some very serious infectious diseases. So anybody even with the best intentions, try to help this noble cause from these well meaning outfits are advised only to keep away from their gatherings also. This only shortens the number of persons supporting the cause. Going by the MEDIA REPORTS, we gather that resentments and anger is also being expressed by some persons/sections of society for non-inclusion of those belonging to SC/ST /OBC and MUSLIMS in the group of VOLUNTEERS. They basically have not joined the move on the basis of some advertisements and calling of applications. .Those at the fore front of the struggle have not been selected on the basis of their CASTE OR COMMUNITY. They are VOLUNTTERS ONLY who have offered to sacrifice their comforts for the sake of well being of the present as well as future generations. If others do not take courage to come forward for such sacrifice, then THEY SHOULD BLAME THEMSELVES ONLY and NOT OTHERS. Resentments over the issue cannot be treated reasonable and justified. Those raising such issues too cannot be honored as committed citizens of BHARAT. Strange is the tendency with some sections of society who do not want to contribute to the cause but still wish to be served all the niceties to them on the platter. This tendency has developed due to weak-kneed and appeasement policies of the governments since the day we could be a free country once again. Such thinking can at best be treated as MYOPIC vision with the purpose to ensure that the country should never look as a one united country, rather as divided on many parameters including CASTE AND COMMUNITIES. Such thinking need be discouraged most vehemently, so that the country remains a united and strong one without any divisions and every one living here feels HE IS BHARTIYA/INDIAN/HINDUSTANI FIRST and any one later.
Then one clergy from the MUSLIM community has advised his followers not to join the TEAM ANNA movement as ANNA’s war cry includes VANDE MATRAM AND BHARAT MATA KI JAI. But still to get favour from the MINORTIES just for greed of vote bank, the things are being racked up again and again. Is this not bad and is it not a CORRUPTION of the highest degree? If for all that happens in the states and the country as a whole, faults are to be found with the heads of the Governments, then going by the conditions of LAW AND ORDER, the INFLATION, the CORRUPTION, the unchecked increase in population DEPLETING NATURAL RESOURCES etc. Government heads at all levels i.e. CENTER as well as the states be not treated as responsible for these crimes and labeled as responsible for the crime as is being thought of for MR. Narendra Modi. Please think over.

Take the case of Godhra. Bad it is that some deaths have taken place in the BURNING of the train and incidents of violence taking place there after. Many enquiries have been conducted specially on the happenings after burning of train. No enquiry has blamed the Gujarat chief minister shri. Narendra MODI for all the happenings. But still to get favour from the MINORTIES just for greed of vote bank, the things are being racked up again and again. Is this not bad and is it not a CORRUPTION of the highest degree? If for all that happens in the states and the country as a whole, faults are to be found with the heads of the Governments, then going by the conditions of LAW AND ORDER, the INFLATION, the CORRUPTION, the unchecked increase in population DEPLETING NATURAL RESOURCES etc. Government heads at all levels i.e. CENTER as well as the states be not treated as responsible for these crimes and labeled as responsible for the crime as is being thought of for MR. Narendra Modi. Please think over.

WHY YET AN OTHER POLITICAL OUTFIT? ANNAJI!
Going by the media reports it is gathered that the great social activist Shri ANNA HAZARE, who is presently fighting tooth and nail against CORRUPTION, as it exists in the country, has declared that he would back a CLEAN political party formed by GOOD AND LIKEMINDED PEOPLE of different political parties. This declaration of SHRI HAZARE is indicative of the desire to see still an other POLITICAL PARTY in the country hoping that this new outfit may come forward to free the nation from the dirt that has been created by the present dispensations. As is well known that the country already has a numberless political parties working from gram panchayats to the level of parliament. All parties claim to be working for the good of some or the other sections of society, though none declares to be working for the SOCIETY AND NATION as a whole. Bad luck of the nation is that these outfits generally seem not concerned with anybody’s upliftment of the whole NATION . Most are busy in dividing the populace on the basis of CASTE, COMMUNITY OR LANGUAGE AND SO ON and to keep themselves in power by hook or crook. The parties not in power too do not generally seem concerned with anything good for the CITIZENS. Most of the times all political outfits remain busy in BLAME GAMES AND LEGPULLING hoping to get attention of their particular VOTE BANK. As the number of political parties in the country already is too high, it may not help prop up yet another, despite the best intentions and hope. The general observation also leads the people to come to the conclusion that it is not due to the political parties or their members that so much of dirt, negativeness and other such malaise have polluted the atmosphere in the country. All the problems in the country seem to be due to BAD AND INAFFECTIVE GOVERNANCE. This ineffectiveness again seems due to existence of numberless political outfits mostly created as business concerns with the purpose to secure places in governments so as to get unlimited benefits as are being provided to such persons and also to shield them from the public glare about their bad conducts and ill earnings and loot. Most join together to form GOVERNMENTS IN Coalitions. All partners in the coalitions generally remain busy in fulfilling reasonable or unreasonable demands of their respective VOTE BABK. In the process GOOD GOVERNANCE becomes causality. This compels the system to keep ears and eyes tightly closed on the actions of their VOTE BANK. This also helps in the increase in CORRUPTION as existing in the country now. The need as such seems not to help in creation of NEW POLITICAL PARTIES ,rather to ensure CHANGE IN POLITICAL SYSTEM AND ELECTION PROCESS in the country. Some suggestions for the purpose are detailed here to after:-
-Let the number of political parties in the country from lowest levels to the STATES AND CENTRE be pegged to two only.
-The elections at all levels can be held for these TWO PARTIES only, instead of the individuals as is the practice now. None with NEGATIVE TENDENCIES and criminal records/ thinking be permitted to be nominated for these AUGUST HOUSES.
CASTE AND/COMMUNITIES need not be given preference over CALIBRE. Rather the reverse need be prescribed now by law. ENOUGH IS enough as for giving preference to any thing over CALIBRE. Those considered for nominations must necessarily be filled with full knowledge of MANAVDHARAM/RASHTRA DHARAM AND RAJ DHARAMs etc.
All considered for nominations to the elected bodies must by law be made to retire on the last day of the month in which 70 years of age is attained. Mostly by this age reflexes in the BODY AND MIND become weak, so decision making may affect. The party to which that particular person has been nominated should have the right by law of replacement of their choice. Similarly nominated person having become invalid due to BAD HEALTH-- PHYSICAL OR MENTAL/ death, should arrange replacement. With the implementation of above mentioned systems, need for midterm polls and UPPER HOUSES in states and central PARLIAMENT shall be obviated. This shall save a lot of PUBLIC MONEY on these unneeded decoratives and elections. With the above mentioned suggestions implemented, elections for all the elected bodies from PANCHAYATS to PARLIAMENT can be held in one go. This way lot of troubles and inconveniences to public and Burdon on public exchequer can be saved.
As for the two suggested political parties their EXECUTIVES can also have educated people possessing literacy levels of not less than GRADUATION. Post graduation and specialization in certain subjects can have additional preference. These two political parties can be headed by VERY EXPERIENCED AND SELFLESS persons but they too must relinquish the posts after attaining 75 years of age. Though as advisers and permanent special invitees, some relaxations can be considered, no head of the system need be permitted by law to hold such post for more than two consecutive terms, each term not exceeding three years in any case. As at present many, rather most political outfits are working as PROPRIETORSHIP CONCERNS of some individuals and their families. This totally negates the democratic process, which is really very harmful. It need be made MANDATORY to hold free and fare elections in these two suggested political parties at regular intervals, again with the stipulation that none is to hold the same office for more than TWO terms and after one relinquishing the post in no way has to pass on to the members of the same family. Both the political parties can be funded from PUBLIC EXCHEQUER and for ELECTIONEERING, help of print and electronic media only should be permitted so as to save money. Sri Anna’s desire to have an other political party and demand for RIGHT TO RECALL AND REjECt are automatically covered under these suggestions. Just now these demands of Annaji, if accepted may create more problems than solved.
To achieve the goal as mentioned hereto fore, there may be arguments that for all these suggestions to be implemented ,changes have to be made in the written CONSTITUTION as it exists now. Basically all laws /rules or the constitutions are meant for the good of the nation which consists of society and the persons. For the purpose periodical changes are the needed process, unless man has to encroach upon the DOMAIN OF NATURE. The present constitution too was drafted more than sixty years from now when we had no experience of our own GOVERNANCE, after CENTURIES OF SLAVERY .and as such might not had visualized the conditions as these exist now, As the person taking birth go back to the original after passage of years, as the old buildings crumble with the passage of times, or are brought down to accommodate to suit the present needs and atmosphere ,so it has to be with all man made items, writings including laws/rules as well as constitutions of the country. Further request is that no names be attached to it as we see in the case of our most valuable and full of wisdom THE VEDAS. The CONSTITUTION can be declared as based on present needs and COLLECTIVE WISDOM of the country men. Provisions can also be made that for the TWO SUGGESTED political parties, decisions have to be taken by the group of persons (NAMED AS HIGH COMMAND consisting of 10/20 most dedicated persons) who should be all powerful still leverage can be given for thoughts and expressions of individuals but in camera meeting only to maintain discipline in the parties. SUPREMACY OF THE ELECTED ONES
A few days back a movement was started against CORRUPTION under the leadership of shri ANNAHAZARE by some committed/selfless persons who volunteered to sacrifice their comforts so that the present and the future generations in the country do not have to face this DEMON OF CORRUPTION in their day to day life . Shri hazare a 74 year old social activist who decided not to marry and remain free for the people. His whole life has been a selfless service for the sake of others. During the course of this movement, people from all walks of life gave their support for the cause. There were cries through out the COUNTRY impressing upon the Governments and the elected persons to hear the VOICE OF ANGUISH from the citizens. For the purpose SHRI HAZARE also took a vow to go for indefinite hunger strike. The purpose was simply to awaken the political class by JOLTS. But they decided to remain so insensitive that the old man was continuing to be on fast. The days were passing by. The man was loosing on his health. Many tried to impress upon the political class headed by the ministers and the Prime minister to respond positively to the very JUSTIFIED AND REASONABLE demand of organizers of the movement. But the political class seemed dilly-dallying the issue even at the risk of health and even life of shri ANNAJI. There were gatherings in lacks all around shri ANNAJI as well as cries through out the length and breadth of the COUNTRY simply requesting for justice. Since response from the political class was not forth coming in a decent way, some, out of ANGUISH against the political class might have spoken some harsh words against them and only tried to turn the mirror towards their face. Might be that some in the elected class could not relish seeing their own faces in the mirror and expressed resentments in the name of OVERLAPING /CHALLANGING “PREVILAGES OF THE ELECTED CLASS. Honestly the political class could take these words in SPORTSMAN’s SPIRIT and could have decided to introspect. They instead became RED FACED and moved motion of privileges against some very active members of the TEAM ANNA. In this connection it is also thinkable that during expressing resentments people speak loudly or even very loudly which might have hurt the so called manniyas. The privilege move can take any turn, still being members of the elected bodies and being part of the teams of lawmakers, it may be good to do some serious thinking as to why going by actions of this class of persons/the happenings in these temples of law making, general public is not eligible to make such assessments. Some instances/ happenings are quoted here after:-

The case is still sub-judice, and whatever may be the final verdict, but still it seems certain that in this case only some MANNIYAS are involved.
This is very general assessment that about more than 150 MPs in the present house of parliament are of dubious character and some are reported involved in heinous crimes, such as MURDERS/ RAPES and EXTORSIONS etc.The positions in most states in the country too are reported no different. In some cases such persons hold/or have been holding ministerial positions as well. But to curb such tendencies and to clean the systems, actions /thoughts by this class are generally not there.
Going by the media reports, it is known that during discussions in PARLIAMENT as well as the STATE ASSEMBLIES percentage of attendance is generally negligible, except when they are forced by WHIPS or when there are going to be MOTIONS OF CONDOLENCE on the death of some present or ex-member of the house. This only indicates that most are not at all interested in the welfare/safety and development of the nation. When they attend the house it is generally under compulsions or when they know that nothing serious is to be discussed, as if serious discussions and framing of the LAWS are none of their jobs. In most cases where bills for LAW MAKING are put up these are passed enblock and without discussions, what to talk of any serious discussions.
Do the country men not see that serious problems such as EXPLOSIVE SPREAD OF POPULATION, PULLUSIONS OF ALL KINDS i.e. air, noise, dirt, congestions at all places including schools, hospitals, on roads, in market places etc. are never discussed by LAW MAKERS, indicating no concern of the so called MANNIYAS for problems being faced by the general public . Though they seem very much concerned about their own and their nears and dears’ personal security and benefits.
Many a time there are PENDAMONIUMS IN the LEGISLATURES and PARLIAMENT while TRIVIAL AND PERSONAL issues are talked about. Members are generally not permitted to express themselves as there are disruptions from the other side of the speaker. Many a time even chairs, mikes etc are seen flouting in the house as are thrown on others [all members of the same house]. This some times has resulted in physical injuries also to some. Just now even some MPs including MINISTERS IN OFFICE are in jail, at the centre as well as in some states., on charges of CORRUPTION/MISAPPROPRIATION and rapes and murders as well. This also includes DERELICTION OF DUTIES. Even outside the ASSEMBLIES /PARLIAMENT or other subordinate bodies down up to the PANCHAYATS levels general behavior of some elected ones does not inspire the public to tread the path of SATVIKTA,TRUTHFULNESS, ,COMMITMENT TO JOB, PATRIOTISM and to remain as LAW ABIDING CITIZENS. As most these persons keep engaged in MUD SLINGING/FAULT FINDING/ BLAME GAMES with others at the same time themselves TREATING THE NATION as THEIR PERSONASL PROPERTY having all the rights to flout the set rules, out of VANITY AND EXALTED EGO tread under the feet of ‘AHANKAR’ all the LAWS supposedly framed by this very class. Not only this, many a time their nears and dears too are found behaving similarly.
Now the question is that can such acts and behavior of these MANNIYAS bring the desired respect and sympathy for the elected ones, for which serious discussions and enactments of law are the need of the time, so that LAW MAKERS get fully engaged in lawmaking and act in the BEST INTERESTS of the Nation even sacrificing their personal interests and comforts so that no one has to speak ill of them and express anger. Such conditions as detailed here to fore EXIST MOSTLY at all levels of elected bodies.
On the basis of what has been mentioned here to fore, and in case the desire is to see that the country becomes free from all MALADIES/SICKNESSES and INFECTIOUS DESEASES as these exist now, peoples’ right to live peaceful life is to be ensured , COUNTRY has to develop on all parameters so that the present generation do not always have to be apprehensive of the coming troubles and we have to leave a prosperous legacy for our future generations, then minimum need is that every body irrespective of the possessions and position one holds has to live as a common citizen, face the troubles what so ever are there without any GOVERNMENT provided BODY GUARDS and any special markings on the vehicles they move on without display of any BEACONS . All position holders instead must move in the public even when moving in vehicles should generally keep the window panes open so as to see and feel every thing themselves, and develop the tendencies to correct and develop where ever so required as COMMON CITIZEN
JUST NOW THE COUNTRY AS WELL AS THE POLITICAL CLASS HAS DEVELOPED THE TENDENCIES TO OFFER AND GIVE FREEBEES AND THE PUBLIC IN GENERAL ALWAYS WISHING DOLES FROM THE GOVERNMENTS. THIS TENDENCY NEEDS BEPUT A BRAKE TO AND INSTEAD ALL MUST BE EXHORTED TO WORK FOR WHAT SO EVER THEY DESIRE TO HAVE. THE DUTIES MUST TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER RIGHTS, THIS MUST ALWAYS BE DECLARED BY ALL THE POLITICAL PARTIES AS WELL AS THE LAWMAKING BODIES.OUR CONSTITUTION MANDATES RIGHT TO EQUALITY FOR ALL CITIZENS,THEN HOW IT IS THAT SPECIAL CATEGORY IN THE NAME OF VIPs/VVIPs have been created who enjoy many special privileges in respect of security /travels etc. This need be treated as violation of the CONSTITUTION and anomaly needs be fought out. Hope the country men as well as TEAM ANNA are conscious of if and have added it to their AGENDA.

On the basis of what has been mentioned here to fore, and in case the desire is to see that the country becomes free from all MALADIES/SICKNESSES and INFECTIOUS DESEASES as these exist now, peoples’ right to live peaceful life is to be ensured , COUNTRY has to develop on all parameters so that the present generation do not always have to be apprehensive of the coming troubles and we have to leave a prosperous legacy for our future generations, then minimum need is that every body irrespective of the possessions and position one holds has to live as a common citizen, face the troubles what so ever are there without any GOVERNMENT provided BODY GUARDS and any special markings on the vehicles they move on without display of any BEACONS . All position holders instead must move in the public even when moving in vehicles should generally keep the window panes open so as to see and feel every thing themselves, and develop the tendencies to correct and develop where ever so required as COMMON CITIZEN
JUST NOW THE COUNTRY AS WELL AS THE POLITICAL CLASS HAS DEVELOPED THE TENDENCIES TO OFFER AND GIVE FREEBEES AND THE PUBLIC IN GENERAL ALWAYS WISHING DOLES FROM THE GOVERNMENTS. THIS TENDENCY NEEDS BEPUT A BRAKE TO AND INSTEAD ALL MUST BE EXHORTED TO WORK FOR WHAT SO EVER THEY DESIRE TO HAVE. THE DUTIES MUST TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER RIGHTS, THIS MUST ALWAYS BE DECLARED BY ALL THE POLITICAL PARTIES AS WELL AS THE LAWMAKING BODIES.OUR CONSTITUTION MANDATES RIGHT TO EQUALITY FOR ALL CITIZENS,THEN HOW IT IS THAT SPECIAL CATEGORY IN THE NAME OF VIPs/VVIPs have been created who enjoy many special privileges in respect of security /travels etc. This need be treated as violation of the CONSTITUTION and anomaly needs be fought out. FAILING HEALTH OF BHARAT
As of now, once ‘’SONE KI CHIRIYA AND TREASURE OF KNOWLEDGE’’ the BHARAT is now suffering from failing health in many ways. Some symptoms of its present health are detailed hereto after;-
Explosion of population, resulting in making hell of each and every one and the systems/Too high level of CORRUPTION in all walks of life/RISING COST of each and every item available in the markets meant for purchase/consumption or for long-term needs/MANY ITEMS, even those meant for physical consumption including eatables as well as medicines are reported either adulterated, or made substandard. Still some may be measuring or weighing less than prescribed/LACK OF COMMITMENTS at all levels, down to the lowest position holder from the highest position in bureaucracy as well as the political class, including self- employed professionals and business community. /EDUCATION given a total neglect, instead literacy only is being treated as EDUCATION, thus giving a very bad definition to such a high important aspect of human and national upliftment. / LITERACY AND MEDICAL CARE made very costly and almost unaffordable for the lesser earning families. Besides for those who still wish to get their wards admitted for these facilities so as to exist in the society are made to pay large sums under the table in the names of DONATIONS and/or for many other reasons, a very bad culture./ Election process made very expensive and impossible for the honest and really committed and concerned citizens to take courage to venture for/ POLITICAL PARTIES INCREASING IN LARGE NUMBERS ,SO MUCH SO THAT MANY OF THOSE REGISTERED under the act may not be contributing any thing by thoughts or actions for the well being of the society or the nation. Even many such outfits are reported being run only as business concerns in order to avail certain concessions/benefits as available after registration under the act. As of now many political outfits, even those working on ALL INDIA BASIS are openly propagating DIVISIONS IN THE SOCIETY ON THE BASIS OF CASTE, COMMUNITY, LANGUAGE, SEX, REGION and so on, thus further harming the cohesion of what so ever is left in the country as of now. There were times when well intentioned, committed ,dedicated and selfless persons would enter politics. Unfortunately these qualifications in general are found missing at present./ NO MINIMUM LITERACY LEVELS for voters and/or contestants are prescribed, nor retirement age has been fixed for holders of posts in politics and governments. As of now many persons well beyond the retirement age fixed for GOVERNMENT employees including holders of JUDICIAL positions, continue to hold very important positions in political set up as ministers and peoples’ representatives. As per the law of nature such persons may not in many cases be able to do justice to themselves as well as to their positions. There seems no democratic functioning in the political parties, some remain under the spell of some individuals or their family members, just from their formations to the end. /The country as a whole including the states do not have ONE COMMON OFFICIAL LANGUAGE ( MAXIMUM TWO IF INEVITABLE) so that none feels inconvenienced while moving from one region to an other or taking a job or moving about or shifting to the other areas, states./ The way SUBSIDIES, DOLES are being given badly affect monetary health of the nation, simultaneously developing beggar tendencies in the receivers of such concessions also making such class developing the tendencies of laziness which in the long run may badly affect NATIONAL HEALTH on all parameters including the receivers of doles/Lot of DIVISIONS ON CASTE, COMMUNITY, SEX, AREA, LANGUAGE BASIS etc have been made and providing services, facilities and care are DISCRIMINATED in favor or against members of the same society and country. Should all this not be treated as against NATURAL LAW OF JUSTICE AND EQUALITY?/ States, districts are being further bifurcated just to get political mileage over the other political outfits in the field without keeping in view the expenses involved, agricultural and other lands being taken over to facilitate such new formations. The names of places, the districts and even states, the railway stations and many other places are changed indiscriminately for similar political reasons in view, forgetting in the process the expenses involved at all levels to effect the changes in all the national records as well as the inconvenience caused to the general public, many may not be able to know the changes that have been made by the system./ There are many a times SHORTAGES OF SPECIALISTS, EXPERTS, HEADS OF THE GOVT DIVISIONS LIKE DOCTERS IN HOSPITALS, TEACHERS IN LEARNING INSTITUTES, judges in courts down to the lower ones to the high courts and even supreme court etc,resulting in inconvenience to the public at all levels. / SECURITY AND SAFETY seems meant for some sections of the society only,i.e THE ELECTED ONES AND THOSE HOLDING POSITIONS at the level of bureaucracy, resulting in the general public remaining at the mercy of the remaining only a few security personnel left, who may normally not be able to do justice to the given task even if they wish to perform to the best of caliber and capacity. /The country is IMPORTING MANY ITEMS OF COMMON USE AND EVEN FOR LUXURIES from other countries, whereby Indian industry is sure to suffer and the Indian youth ‘s energy not being fully made use of . Many engineering students even after passing out either do not get jobs as production engineers or they themselves do not wish to work in the production units, rather wish to go for white collar jobs. THIS CAN be treated as BAD planning and bad literacy. Similar may be the position in respect of other specialized learning. This aspect of literacy need be taken care of so that in spite of huge population we remain deficient on many specialized and other posts, where as in the administrative offices and for clerical jobs there are mostly over staffing.
Whatsoever has been detailed herein before is only a tip of the ice Berge. The real thing is “EK DO JAKHAM NAHIN HAIN SARA BADAN HAI JAKHAMI, AB DARD PARESHAN HAI UTHOON KAHAN SE MAIN”. So surgery seems to be the real remedy.
To cure all these ailments and in order to improve upon the health of BHARAT and to bring back its lost glory some suggestions are given hereto after;
To control SPREAD OF POPULATION and rather to bring it to negative growth rate, laws have to be made and enforced with immediate effect so that none from now onward is to have more than one child for the next 10 years and there after it can be relaxed to permit it unto 2 only. For this purpose policy of incentives and disincentives need be followed and law for the purpose has to be made equally applicable to all citizens without any distinction of caste or community. Country’s needs can be given preference to the so called real or unreal beliefs of some ones. Till we are able to bring down population with in controllable limits, services of each eligible citizen can be utilized to increase production of all items of use with in the country itself so that we do not have to import many items from outside the country and our excess population does not become a thorn in the eyes.-----To CHECK CORRUPTION at all levels, nation must be made to observe AUSTARITY at all levels. Assembly of more than say 25/30 persons in any function including at the government levels can be totally banned so as to control wastages----To check RISING PRICES some reasons may be, supply v/s demand ,then the cast of production and procurements have to made lower by putting a check on increased spending at Governmental levels, higher wages and unneeded facilities given to workers and staff, higher rates of taxes as well as very large spending on advertisements where in PLAYERS AND FILM ACTORS specially are paid too heavily which add to the cost of items. ADULTRATIONS AND SHORT SUPPLIES too are the result of all such policies. The PRICES OF LAND AND BUILDINGS too contribute a lot in becoming most items more and more costly. So THIS ASPECT OF FINANCIAL PLANNING NEED BE TAKEN CARE AT ONCE, as with the increase in prices of land and buildings and due to heavy taxation, prices are sure to shoot up. -----FIXING OF ACCOUNTABILITY at all levels down from the lowest worker to the highest bureaucracy and political class may help increase commitments .COMPULSIONS OF VOTE BANK POLITICS are generally not permitting the system to help CALIBRE AND COMMITMENTS take precedent over all other considerations, Just giving recognition to the right actions can be of great help----Emphasis need be placed on REAL EDUCATION instead of literacy only where each and every citizen from school going children to those going for the highest degree courses including for PHDs need be made self sufficient, good at physical and mental health to be able to take up the jobs for livelihood with earnest and also becomes an asset to the nation and society. Some 2/3 years of compulsory military type of physical training too can help a lot. If at all, Governments wish to support the citizens by freebees or doles, these, by doing for education and health care, may serve the nation in real terms. ----Most problems as of now seem to be due to our political system, where many amendments are immediately needed such as permitting only two political parties for the whole nation, elections to be held for parties instead of the individuals, then on the basis of number or percentage of votes poled for each of them, nominations can be made by them keeping in view the literacy levels, education, commitments to the nation etc .Election expenses too can be borne from the public exchequer. By doing so there will be no spoilers left in politics, and when expenses for contesting elections are not to be borne by the candidate, then they may not be allured to make good the expenses later by indulging in unfair and corrupt practices, on getting elected.
These are the few thoughts only on some points for many other ailments that the nation just now be suffering from, request is made to those who can go through these lines to please add their own views where ever thought fit so as to make the systems move in the right direction, GOOD FOR THE PRESENT AND FUTURE GENERATIONS keeping in mind that efforts made by our great leaders like SARDAR VALLABH BHAI PATEL who with his statesmanship and wisdom knit the entire country into one great nation do not go waist. Also we must remember the many other great leaders like SUBHASH CHANDRA BOSE whose slogan ‘TUM MUJHE KHOON DO MAIN TUMHAIN AAZADI DDONGA’ meaning that no one is to enjoy fruits without ones own contribution. This should be a guide to those who make many promises for doles and freebees.
Just now there have been discussions in both houses of parliament over LOK PAL BILL where many MPs expressed their anguish when some voices outside the house were raised in the country blaming majority of political class for corruption. No doubt many may not be directly involved in corruption cases, but the nation has elected them only to work for good governance and if that is not forthcoming then naturally only they deserve to be blamed for the mess. More over most elected ones after getting elected start leading lives ‘KING SIZE’ So the JANTA who sees it all naturally have to GRUDGE. More over majority under this class after getting elected are found becoming rich with a speed and still many of the elected ones are found to be of negative and criminal tendencies under such conditions, GENERAL PUBLIC cannot be stopped from making their own conclusions, to avoid these observations from the general public. It may be in the best interest of all that only persons with total clean image and satvik tendencies find place in the elected houses.
During the last some months some committed members of the society under the leadership of Shri ANNA HAZARE have been fighting for installation of INSTITUTION OF LOK PAL. The parliament despite promising to pass the strong required legislation did not do it. So angered by this deceit, team ANNA now announces to canvass in the forth coming elections against only one political party i.e. the majority stake holder in the coalition government at the centre. Here it may be more prudent on part of TEAM ANNA as well as others not to hold only one political party at fault, when the entire political system seem responsible for this act of not enacting and passing a strong desired legislation only for each party worrying for their political gains, it may be more helpful to now fight for cleansing the POLITICAL SYSTEM as a whole. Also ensure public pressure for eradication of corruption from the system so that they feel compelled for good governance. More over going by natural instincts of desires not being controlled due to LACK OF PROPER EDUCATION then desires being further fuelled by continuously increasing needs and the society giving RECOGNATION TO POSITIONS AND POSSESSIONS difficulties come in the way of such controls as such these areas too need be explored for further attacks, if any, are to be made.

Maintaining Physical Health?
There were the times, only about 4/5 decades back, when children and youth would play all types of HEALTH MAKING BUT SIMPLE AND LEAST EXPENCIVE GAMES just in front of their houses, in the lanes and bye-lanes. Use of bicycles too was very common. Students and even others including office goers used bicycles to cover small distances of about 5 to 10 kilometers when it was felt that covering such distances on foot would take more time and energy than available. Very small distances of 2-3 kilometers were always covered on foot. All these actions, besides providing better health and higher stamina, would also help keeping the atmosphere free from pollution, all over.
Now the conditions have changed a lot and that too for the worst, in the sense that it is not at all possible for the present generation children and even youth to venture on the roads and lanes for any type of games. The problem is that most of the times such places remain over crowded, rather congested, and full of pollution due to HEAVY MOVEMENT OF TRAFFIC. The problem has been further aggravated by having no control over BIG SIZED FOUR WHEELERS; I mean big cars which are for personal use. These cars, in general, occupy space double of what the normal sized cars need. Besides, cars are not the only vehicles on roads causing congestion and pollution. Two wheelers also give company to these cars, in order to hamper other wise free movements, including PLAYING & CYCLING activities. Then, due to the obnoxious and unchecked increase in POPULATION, availability of vacant land for playing even simple games and similar activities has become mostly extinct. Where ever in any scheme, some spaces have been left for parks, such space first of all is not sufficient for even simple type of games. Still unfortunate is this that such places are put to unauthorized use for many other purposes, including parking of vehicles. Argument may be advanced that children may go to big parks for physical activities and games, but due to paucity of time and other constrains it may not be practicable because such spaces/grounds may not be easily approachable.

The administrators, the planners and all those Concerned with WELFARE OF THE NATION and are mandated to GOVERN may take trouble to move in the public as ordinary citizens. They would be surprised to observe that even small time contractors, masons, carpenters, and other small and less earning class of technicians and even still smaller daily wagers, many a times are seen moving on motorbikes and scooters. Not only this class of people but also the office goers placed in the lowest positions, surely getting not much as salaries, too are found using motor bicycles in general instead of pedal cycles. The writer of these lines should not have any grudge or malice against such class of people, but the concern is that at one point, petrol driven vehicles, instead of bicycles is a health hazard and on the other hand, such people may tend to indulge in unethical ways to earn more to be

Such indiscriminate use of petrol driven vehicles may go to affect their health and culture to be active. This affects health of the nation as a whole. Beyond this time only those programs need be made and shown to the viewers which pass on EDUCATION & MOTIVATION FOR POSITIVE AND SELFLESS WORK, CONCERN FOR THE SOCIETY /NATION and such other positive and satvik things. In simple words, these hours can be best made use of for imparting EDUCATION ON MANAV/RAJ/AND RASHTRA DHARAMS to the viewers. Beyond 11PM all programs on TVs can be put a total stop so that use of night is made for rest and recuperation and to ensure freshness for morning’s early rise, going for walking or other exercises, to be able to perform days work in better way so as to be able to give maximum and faultless output, in the area of their activity.
Many people talk a lot about poverty and exhibit their desire to help the poor, by giving doles and freebies. Is it the proper solution to the problem? Now the conditions have changed a lot and that too for the worst, in the sense that it is not at all possible for the present generation children and even youth to venture on the roads and lanes for any type of games. The problem is that most of the times such places remain over crowded, rather congested, and full of pollution due to HEAVY MOVEMENT OF TRAFFIC. The problem has been further aggravated by having no control over BIG SIZED FOUR WHEELERS; I mean big cars which are for personal use. These cars, in general, occupy space double of what the normal sized cars need. Besides, cars are not the only vehicles on roads causing congestion and pollution. Two wheelers also give company to these cars, in order to hamper other wise free movements, including PLAYING & CYCLING activities. Then, due to the obnoxious and unchecked increase in POPULATION, availability of vacant land for playing even simple games and similar activities has become mostly extinct. Where ever in any scheme, some spaces have been left for parks, such space first of all is not sufficient for even simple type of games. Still unfortunate is this that such places are put to unauthorized use for many other purposes, including parking of vehicles. Argument may be advanced that children may go to big parks for physical activities and games, but due to paucity of time and other constrains it may not be practicable because such spaces/grounds may not be easily approachable.

SELECTING A NEW PRESIDENT
Courtesy the media, it is now known to the public that the INCUMBANT PRESIDENT OF BHARAT Smt.PATIL is shortly going to complete her tenure. Due to vacancy going to be caused, search now is going on to select the person to be the Nation’s First citizen. The selection and the final election is to be done by the elected ones from the STATE ASSEMBLIES and the CENTRAL PARLIAMENT. There fore this very class and their respective POLITICAL OUTFITS have to be on the fore front to take decisions. As of now as the news filter on ,it is observed that for selecting the eligible person WEIGHTAGE is being given to the CASTE,COMMUNITY SEX Language AREA OF DOMICILE etc of the candidate. As is well known and as per our constitution, the PRESIDENT is not supposed to do much in normal circumstances and is mostly a FIGURE HEAD. Still such a figure head should be at least such who can INSPIRE/EDUCATE to the masses of the nation when ever he expresses on any subject or occasion. His dispositions to the nation should in general be a normal and regular feature.
In this connection request is being made to all those who matter in this process and also to the MEDIA/THE OPENION MAKERS and all to give thoughts to some small points while going for selecting the next incumbent for RASHTRAPATI BHAWAN/worthy of being the FIRST CITIZEN OF THIS BIG NATION.

Unluckily for the present incumbent fingers are being raised on her desire to have a GRAND LIVING SPACE AFTER RETIREMENT AND ALSO ABOUT HER SPENDINGS IN CRORES ON FOREIGN TOURS, where in the relations too were taken along with, not speaking well of the position holder not following SIMPLICITY AND AUSTARATY while in office [3] Physical personality of such a person need be such as to command respect from whom so ever comes in contact. [4] Should in no way be a political and demanding person, not at all feeling obliged to any particular political outfit and their heads or any particular community /region etc for having helped in getting the coveted position. RATHER THE MESSAGE AFTER GETTING THE POSITION NEED BE OF TOTAL HUMILITY COMMITMENT TO THE NATION EXHORTING OTHERS ALSO SIMILARLY. Here it is observed that just a few days back on getting named as GOVERNOR of a state, the person started singing paeons for the party in power and its head .The question is can such a person ever be expected to be impartial in his dealings with other parties as well as, shall such a person ever command respect from the general public. There is no dearth of such instances where persons having been named as governors or in some cases even as RASHTRAPATI too have behaved similarly, A BAD TRAIT FOR THIS BIGGEST DEMOCRACY OF THE WORLD.
There fore request is made here to make the process of such selections more free from the bondages of political system, rather from now onward systems can be made that selections and/or elections of GIOVERNORS AS WELL AS RASHTRAPATI BE MADE BY THE general voters ,for the governors at the time state elections and for the president at the time of GENERAL ELECTIONS being held. For the candidates for these positions the persons must not be having been ever in politics and while canvassing for vote no appeals be made on caste/community/language or any such basis. Tor the persons for such positions certain minimum qualifications too can be fixed. TAKE UP BIG ISSUES /PARLIAMENTARIANS
There were lot of resentments and disturbances in the PARLIAMENT on 11/5/12 over the issue of some CORTOON on Dr.AMBEDKAR in some school books. No business in both houses could be conducted due to this incident. But then this is not for the first time that PARLIAMENT has been made DISFUNCTIONAL on PETTY AND INDIVIDUAL issues and for blame games. This seems to have become its regular feature. SOME TIMES DOUBTS ARISE OVER CAPABILTY OF THE PARLIAMENTARIANS to bring forth the issues of national importance. So only, interest is taken in creating disturbances.
There comes to mind an incident some years ago on the depiction of some HINDU OBJECTS OF WORSHIP in bad shape by an other artist. That time most of this class and the so called SECULARISTS had justified the depictions as freedom of expression. There are also the instances when many persons were killed in TRAIN BURNING INCIDENT IN GODHRA. This HORRYFYING incident did not attract reasonable attention and resentment from most so called secularists, but still in the riots taken place there after, the issue is kept alive, mostly seemingly for political gains and to show sympathy for the particular community [for whose votes all are ready to kill their own nears and dears, as had been when Bharat was invaded by the intruders from across the borders]. Same way many Hindus have been driven out of Kashmir, but the issue in general does not attract attention of this political class, but when some one from the other community is harmed/arrested or killed in POLICE ACTION OR VIOLENCE THERE MOSTLY IS LOT OF HUE AND CRY TO THE EXTENT THAT THE security PERSONALS GET TOTALLY demoralized and confused, as to whether they are there only to be harmed and killed and are not supposed to do their duty as security personals. Then there are cases of the writers, TASLIMA AND RUSHDI who despite being from Indian origin are not helped in this very country to lead reasonable and peaceful lives. Should such cases not attract attention of those raising so many individual issues?
The request is hereby made to all in the political class and others in the society NOT TO OVER STRETCH such small matters; rather work whole heartedly and with full dedication to ensure that all efforts to divide the nation on such matters, just for POLITICAL GAINS are put a brake to. Let the sentiments of all be treated on equal footings without distinction of CASTE/CREED or COMMUNITY. The parliament and its members are there to frame and oversee working of laws for general national interests. WASTING PARLIAMENT’s time and nation’s money by its dysfunction need be treated as acts of TREASON. The committed ones;------------------------ Most in this country appreciate your efforts for installation of the INSTITUTION OF LOK PAL with purpose to set up fool proof systems for investigating known /reported cases of corruption. In the beginning of your open and known call for fight with the system to go in for struggle beginning with your fast and agitation at the RAM LILA GROUNDS in DELHI. Your efforts then were very well received as should be clear from huge gathering all around the VENUE AT DELHI, and its ECO coming from through out the country. As is clear to most thinking people here, THIS CANCER OF CORRUPTION is not being controlled and is rather permitted to be spread all around. This seems all due to lack of will power and positive action on part of the entire political class. Other pillars of our democracy too have not positively contributed for the purpose.
After your mentioned agitation in Delhi, people started feeling as if you started taking sides with the political parties, as was clear from the team members supporting/opposing parties in a bye election in Haryana. In the elections to some state assemblies just there after too, people felt as if your team was taking sides. Many started doubting wisdom and intentions of the team knowing fully well that only one single political party can not be blamed for the mess, rather others may be still bigger culprits in the game, other wise the parties in power before and after these elections were no way better than the party whom total blame is thrust upon if case of just one state i.e. UP be taken as a test case. This is being mentioned here giving MOOD OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC who has a lot of hope from your team, and also do not doubt your honesty in any way. Still request is being made to you, to please instead confine your self to the main issue of CORRUPTION; of course for the purpose fight may have to be extended to changing the POLITICAL SYSTEM AND ELECTION PROCESS AS A WHOLE as these we see are the root cause of most maladies haunting our nation. SOME MAIN CAUSES AS have been made out from the mood of general public are detailed here after again with the request to make note of these items as well and fix in your priorities.
1) Just now as is known to all, the system itself permits huge sums of money for contesting elections. The general observations are that in actual terms much more than the permitted limits, expenses by the individual candidates are incurred . So, after getting elected or even otherwise this politician will naturally try to make good the incurred expenses, a big cause of corruption. 2] During electioneering and before entering the election fray, lot of promises for doles and freebies are made, and many a times these are fulfilled too after the elections. For individual party’s desire to be in power, public money is doled out in crores. 3]The schemes like MNREGA and MID-DAY MEALS, etc., too, besides creating beggar tendencies and create laziness in the receivers, are simply BRIBES for the purpose of vote bank gains. 4]Our constitution was framed more than sixty years from now. Those who conceived and drafted this constitution had mandated RESERVATIONS to particular classes in the society for a limited period and that too for permitting certain mentioned benefits only. But this CANCER OF RESERVATION continues unabated, rather this continues to be extended in many directions and spheres. No political party, just for VOTE BANK CONSIDERATIONS, takes courage to take up this issue for the purpose of putting a stop to this practice. In the process the society keeps dividing in many ways besides creating ill will amongst the population of this very country. This also compels the system to compromise on QUALITY /COMPETENCE AND CALIBRE, surely having bad and negative effect on our governance including nation’s PROPER AND ALL ROUND DEVELOPMENT. Should showering favours to some at the head of others just for VOTE BANK CONSIDERATIONS not be treated as CORRUPTION OF THE HIGHEST DEGREE?
As the CONDITIONS are, country’s economy is under huge pressure. The parties in power at the Centre as well as the States still continue to shower LARGEESE and FAVOURS to all those who put in just minimum pressure. This includes their employees/legislature/and other pressure groups. The elected ones, many a time, CHANGE COLOURS /SIDES after getting elected on the tickets of the loosing dispensation. But just for greener pastures and gains, shift loyalties to the other. Shifting almost in 100% cases is towards the ruling groups. The ruling groups too in order to add strength and for the sake of longevity to their Governments, mostly welcome the DEFECTORS with arms vide open. Not only this, rather positions too are given to such defectors. This NULLIFIES THE VERY PURPOSE AND SPIRIT of ‘ANTI DEFECTION LAWS;
The country has been divided into many states and still more demands for such further divides continue to crop up. The ruling dispensations show no courage to over-rule these most unreasonable demands, fearing loss of votes. SUCH DEMANDS can be fulfilled only at the cost of acquiring still more agricultural land in possession for creating paraphernalia for the new states to come into being. This creates further divides based on boundaries. Going by what has been mentioned here to fore, many instances of corruption spread all over can be given. The reasons for the system not being able to control is mostly lack of will to govern which is further hampered by the EXISTENCE OF MULTIPLE POLITICAL PARTIES ALL AROUND. So in many cases majority party running the system have to take help of others, who continue to PULL AND PRESSURISE the system for their SELFISH ENDS. So need is to give more strength to the struggle for change of ELECTION PROCESS AND POLITICAL SYSTEM where existence of only TWO POLITICAL PARTIES in the system becomes a rule and elections get mandated for the parties and not the individuals. Just going by the percentage of votes polled and polled votes further getting divided between the many, the ruling party mostly represent NOT MORE THAN 15% of the total votes. A BIG BLOT ON OUR DEMOCRATIC SYSTEM.
Hope the committed ones in the country, specially your group will take up these issues on priority.

After your mentioned agitation in Delhi, people started feeling as if you started taking sides with the political parties, as was clear from the team members supporting/opposing parties in a bye election in Haryana. In the elections to some state assemblies just there after too, people felt as if your team was taking sides. Many started doubting wisdom and intentions of the team knowing fully well that only one single political party can not be blamed for the mess, rather others may be still bigger culprits in the game, other wise the parties in power before and after these elections were no way better than the party whom total blame is thrust upon if case of just one state i.e. UP be taken as a test case. This is being mentioned here giving MOOD OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC who has a lot of hope from your team, and also do not doubt your honesty in any way. Still request is being made to you, to please instead confine your self to the main issue of CORRUPTION; of course for the purpose fight may have to be extended to changing the POLITICAL SYSTEM AND ELECTION PROCESS AS A WHOLE as these we see are the root cause of most maladies haunting our nation. SOME MAIN CAUSES AS have been made out from the mood of general public are detailed here after again with the request to make note of these items as well and fix in your priorities.
1) Just now as is known to all, the system itself permits huge sums of money for contesting elections. The general observations are that in actual terms much more than the permitted limits, expenses by the individual candidates are incurred . So, after getting elected or even otherwise this politician will naturally try to make good the incurred expenses, a big cause of corruption. 2] During electioneering and before entering the election fray, lot of promises for doles and freebies are made, and many a times these are fulfilled too after the elections. For individual party’s desire to be in power, public money is doled out in crores. 3]The schemes like MNREGA and MID-DAY MEALS, etc., too, besides creating beggar tendencies and create laziness in the receivers, are simply BRIBES for the purpose of vote bank gains. 4]Our constitution was framed more than sixty years from now. Those who conceived and drafted this constitution had mandated RESERVATIONS to particular classes in the society for a limited period and that too for permitting certain mentioned benefits only. But this CANCER OF RESERVATION continues unabated, rather this continues to be extended in many directions and spheres. No political party, just for VOTE BANK CONSIDERATIONS, takes courage to take up this issue for the purpose of putting a stop to this practice. In the process the society keeps dividing in many ways besides creating ill will amongst the population of this very country. This also compels the system to compromise on QUALITY /COMPETENCE AND CALIBRE, surely having bad and negative effect on our governance including nation’s PROPER AND ALL ROUND DEVELOPMENT. Should showering favours to some at the head of others just for VOTE BANK CONSIDERATIONS not be treated as CORRUPTION OF THE HIGHEST DEGREE?

Our ‘failed’ Democracy
We the Indians are made to believe that ours is the greatest Democracy in the world. Of course, going by the number of persons in the country ( i.e. our population ), number of voters, the expenditure involved in the process of election, etc. we can surely call ours as the big Democracy. However, to wish that ours becomes the real great one, in view of the Writer of these lines, we need to ponder upon as to why in the just concluded General Elections for the Parliament and three states the percentage of votes polled are very low. In some constituencies and states polling percentage has been even less than 50%. This is in spite of extensive appeals made through the media and various private agencies, The NGOs and election commission.
The reasons for low percentage of voting are generally being considered as apathy on the part of voters. The fact is that other reasons such as personal,/ compulsive / engagements of the voters can be about 10% of the total voters. The remaining percentage of absentees can be due to many factors, such as the quality of the contestants, where many bad characters / criminals / murderers, etc. are in the fray whom generally the public would wish not to be in this world it self or at least see such persons in jails and facing severe punishment. Then what to talk of the education which is mostly lacking, rather many of the contestants are not reasonably literate even. The question is then whom and why to vote?
The age of the prime ministerial candidates projected by the two biggest / national parties is fairly high. Age wise they are in the eighties and considered as not suitable to take the burden of this country on their old/ weak shoulders. Most other contenders too are above 70 years of age. Then there are other aspirants, whose total contribution to the nation is only to spread division in the society, encourage regionalism / communalism and casteism, etc. who can not in any way be considered suitable for the present and future development / upliftment and cohesion of the society/country. The quality of canvassing has gone down so low that problems of the country are never discussed. Rather appeals are made on community/ caste/region/etc. basis and/or the efforts are made and whole energy is wasted on blaming the rivals even to the extent of name calling (some times even giving bad taste to the mouth and injury to the ears) and projecting own selves as prophets (the “maseehas”) whereas the public sees and knows all. The public is confused also because of numberless political parties making appeal for the particular class / sections of the society and whose contribution to the society / the state / the country is considered as not positive, in any way. The right to vote having been given to those also who are illiterate and those who are below 25 years of age whose sense of discrimination between right or wrong is generally not developed for the purpose. Under these circumstances the very purpose of those who wish to elect positive, persons of positive character and deserving candidates for the job gets defeated and so only refrain from going to polling booths.
To improve upon the situation and for the upliftment every where ,the present constitution which surely have been written on the basis of experiences and constitutions of other countries, need be replaced by fresh one keeping in view our own experiences and requirements after running this Independent Bharat for over six decades. Then, directives need be focused on DUTIES only and over emphasis on rights as is being done now need be put a stop to.. The age of MPs/MLs/MLCs need be fixed this way so that after attaining age of 70 years ,they have to retire, from all the elective posts/.There need not be more than two political parties in the country including the same ones in the states as well as at lower levels. The elections can be held only for the parties and not the individual candidates. The parties on the basis of percentage of votes polled may nominate the persons for the legislative assemblies/parliament, as well as the other elective bodies on the basis of percentage of votes polled for each one of them. This will also help elections through out the country in one single go. This process if followed may also obviate the need for upper houses in the states and at the centre . This way. need for MID TERM POLLS SHALL ALSO BE GONE. This process. if adopted, will also eliminate need of the individual candidates to spend for elections. This money spent by the individuals candidates can be a big cause of corruption. This is so, since after spending in lacks on individuals’ election losing or winning, such persons would use all means at their command to cover up for the expenses made.

Now that the election process has been completed and on the basis of results declared for the Parliament, UPA and even the congress party individually have emerged as the holders of maximum number of seats. Still the congress party as well as UPA fall short of the magic figure of 272, the minimum number required for simple majority in the house. The congress party itself has been able to bag only 206 seats in the house of 543. The remaining figures which make them reach up to 261 is by adding at least 8 more outfits. That such outfits will permit the major partner in the government to function properly is just not possible. This conclusion is based on this nation’s past experiences in the matter. Then, going by experience of the past lot of time and energy of head of the govt. shall be wasted in keeping the flock together. Besides, still at least 12 more MPs will be needed to reach the simple majority by the combine, wishing to form the govt. That these 12 too are not going to come without a price and at the cost of clean governance and interest of the country ,these persons shall always keep the Head of the Government and majority party on tender hooks. The small players as we have seen till now also some times twist the PM to the extent of permitting happening of all good things as impossible and making the majority party and its head bend to their feet as well. An insult to the system/ the position holders and prove as very big road blocks in progress of this Nation.
The other group i.e. NDA too has been able to win only 159 seats. This group also consists of one big party, i.e. BJP with 116 seats plus 43 seats of 6 regional outfits.
Now the suggestion is that instead of depending on too many small outfits, it shall be in the interest of both the major political parties and the nation that both these parties, shunning “RAG and DWESHA” and following the tenets of “MANAV DHARMA”, “RAJ DHARMA” and “RASHTRA DHARMA” controlling their respective egos behaving as statesmen coming out of the cocoons of personal INTERESTS move towards each other and form a joint govt. of Congress-BJP who together shall command a clear majority of 322 (206+116) MPs and shall be able to function properly without any leg pulling. The ministries may be shared by these partners in proportion to the number of seats with each party and which one has to go to either of the two may be decided by drawing of lots or mutual discussions. In case for a particular ministry a suitable person is not available with the winner of the lot, it can be exchanged with the other partner. The next elections can be contested by these parties on the basis of the performance shown by each ministry under their control including the performance of state govts. headed by respective parties. Request is that this formula be tried with all sincerity. In the mean time peaceful functioning of the house of Parliament with out any hindrance from any side must be ensured. Those disturbing its functioning must be shown the door by law / rules. The presence of MPs in the house must be made mandatory with at least 75% presence. Those not following in line without proper reasons may be treated as disqualified.
With all this, those not in the govt. too must be given full opportunity to express their views, but only on the issues of national interest..
This is an appeal to the intellectuals / the main two political parties of the country to please consider these points for implementation so that the country develops and for the future generations a healthy legacy is passed on.
