It is now almost a daily affair that all types of CRIMES in the country take place. This include crimes against WOMEN specially SEX related. In the process even INFANT GIRLS too are not spared. One such very BRUTAL case that happened in Delhi some 4/5 days from now has again attracted public attention and CONSCIENCE and large scale CONDEMNATIONS and demonstrations are taking place in Delhi ,where in resignations of Delhi CM and the POLICE CHIEF are being demanded. TRUE that the incident as reported by the media is too BRUTAL deserving anger & ,demanding condemnations . This also needs efforts to put immediate check on such happenings in future .Political parties too have not lagged behind in beating breasts and condemning the incident. But here too politics takes the front place and blame games seem to be the major intentions rather than the basic issues of CRIMES.


Attention of all in this connection is invited to a CONFERENCE OF STATE CMS called on about 15th of this month by the Central Home Ministry to take up matters of LAW AND ORDER ,covering many crimes related issues. This was an opportunity provided to the STATES to take up issues of all types of crimes, naturally also covering those against WOMEN AND INFANT GIRLS. But alas it is observed that this conference was not taken seriously and as such ignored by MAJORITY OF CMs .Most had the plea that LAW AND ORDER is State subject and so taking up such issues at the level of CENTER was ENCROACHING upon DOMAIN OF the states in this matter. The absentee CMs belonged to different political out fits ,but their parent bodies now condemn this incident. This looks just like shedding CROCODILE TEARS after the things have already happened. Does this phrase too not apply to such thinking-----ONLY HE HAS A RIGHT TO CONDEMN,WHO HAS THE COURAGE TO HELP .Wish the politicians of all hues/colours , either work for general interests ,without raising questions of DOMAIN/RIGHTS . The political class instead may do well to ensure ACCOUNTABILITY FROM THE LOWEST RUNG in jobs instead of putting the entire blame on the TOP OFFICIALS of the concerned departments. They can also help the cause by taking up the issues at the levels of LAW MAKING BODIES .In the meantime the system can be devised thus also that the BURNING PROBLEMS and also those which need better attention, be circulated among the BURUACRACY as well as in public/their views are called and on that basis workable conclusions can be arrived for making laws for enforcements. The Nation may do still better if all in this country are treated as equal /stop dividing the society on the basis of VIPs/VVIPs also ,stop providing hooters /red/blue BATTIS to any one and on the basis of CASTE/COMMUNITY. JUST NOW MEDIA HAS REPORTED THAT A PARTY LEADER ON ELECTION TOUR IN A STATE UNDER ELECTION PROCESS WHEN CHECKED BY THE OFFICERS OF ELECTION COMMISSION,STARTED CRYING FOUL, claiming harassment for belonging to a particular caste.
