                                               CORRECTING BHARAT’S PRIORITIES


There came the news that some criminal elements, call them by any name—TERRORISTS/ ANTI -NATIONALS/PAKISTAN PLOTTED ONES; exploded some explosive devices in the rushy area and during busy hours in Hyderabad on 21/2/13. In this act about 15 persons are reported killed and more than 4 times of this as injured. Many vehicles moving or parked in the vicinity of the attack are seen damaged, some too badly. There must have been some more damages to public and private properties in the process .This is on the basis of TV footages. The day next to this incident, there were heated discussions in the Parliament, which by chance was in session then. Most from other than the ruling outfit were only blaming the home minister in particular and the Govt, in general for the incident. During discussions BLAME GAME was in full play ,but suggestions as to what are the remedies and how all are to contribute in the eradication of these type of ACTIVITIES were almost ZERO. Then this one is not the singular such incident. These have been happening from time to time at any place selected of course by the wrong doers only. . The last one and the biggest has been that of Mumbai at , Taj and other prominent Hotels, where there has been loss of many innocent lives and DESTRUCTION OF properties. The question is what all the political parties and those in bureaucracy have been doing all this time so that we do not have to face similar AWKWARD INCIDENTS ever again. During the course of discussions in parliament, there seemed to be tendency to put blame on our neighboring country for having plotted such actions. Here it needs be taken into consideration that this neighbor of ours is treated unfriendly with us so they can do any thing .

What needs to be taken care and planned at our level is that our systems are made fool proof so much so that none ever thinks of doing all such negative acts against us. After the attacks, first the union HM and there after the PM went to Hyderabad as If wishing to see the sights of incident and to meet the injured ones in Hospitals. Their going to the hospitals to see the Injured and enquiring of their health may not serve any purpose as none of them is qualified to treat and cure the injured/patients. Then their visits can only create obstacles in follow up actions by the local security system as many from the security personals might have to be put up to over see security of such visitors at the cast of others including the sick ones who may have to suffer on the roads also due to road blocks for safety of these POSITION HOLDERS only. The best would have been to give full powers to the security personals and making them accountable for safety of the citizens without un needed interference from the political class. THE SYSTEM OF ACCOUNTABILITY AND FULL POWERS to security personals, if implemented through out the country can be the great help and the NATION can be made free from all type of crimes including the one committed in HYDERABAD just now and the other such being committed off and on. As for the national leaders, including the HM/PM and others in politics as well as bureaucracy are concerned ,they may instead do well to ensure proper /flawless LAWS and their HONEST AND FEARLESS implementations.

Just some days back, most working Trade unions IN THE COUNTRY gave call to strike work putting forth many demands. Due to this strike, nation has suffered in many ways in the matter of our economy. Many individuals too must have suffered in many other ways, Including the sick ones who might not have been able to reach their destination for treatment and cure. Besides this it is reported that at some places the strikers indulged into VANDALISM and destroyed many public and private properties, NET LOSS TO THIS NATION which EVEN AFTER MORE THAN SIX DECADES OF GETTING FREE are still importing hugely from abroad, a big dig on our foreign exchange reserves. . So destructions done in the process are net loss to our economy. IN MANY WAYS .Since very long It is observed that due to weak kneed and appeasement policies of our systems (where all political parties are involved due to VOTE BANK HUNGER) those mandated to work for the Nation are not able to perform honestly. So the problems including those discussed here continue to haunt us. About these problems in general, it is never seen that all in politics have honestly ever taken up these issues. On the other hand the issues of RESEVATIONS are taken up very seriously and with a speed including now RESERVATIONS IN PROMOTIONS AS WELL. How much this is going to negatively impact our systems in respect of decision taking / implementations, will be known then only when we lose all including our ratings/productivity and other parameters which help one and all to rise. Just now going by the news paper reports , an other issue of crimes against SCs/STs has cropped up and is being taken up with a speed.

On about 21/2/13 media reported “soon even minor offences against DALITS will come with HIGH COSTS”. It also says that union Justice Ministry discussed on the matter with state ministers on the subject also informing that the Centre plans to bring an amendment in this very Budget session ,indicating the hurry on this subject. We claim to be a SECULAR DEMOCRACY where in as per the directive principles, systems are to treat EACH AND EVERY CITIZEN AS EQUAL BEFORE LAW without distinction of caste/creed /community. Should by giving special preference /protection to any particular person/class of people/community or even protection at the cost of others ,not be treated as against EQUITABLE JUSCITCE to one and all ? Then how the system makes sure that special preference /treatment given to some will not create HEART BURNS in this very society, also that this class will not misuse these special privileges given to them and create MORE DIVIDES ? It is also reported that National Advisory Council ,said to be headed by Sonia Gandhi of INC recommends that OFFENCES UNDER S/c S/t PROTECTION OF ATROCITIES ACT should be addressed by dedicated courts on FAST TRACK BASIS. All such thinking and planning on part of Party in power at the centre though apparently is to express concern with the so called deprived ones ,but the intentions are clear even to the LAY MAN that all such acts are being committed for VOTE BANK GAINS. Those political outfits not forming part of the ruling dispensation too dare not to oppose such proposals /actions of the party in power , again fearing VOTE BANK LOSS to them . Just now Finance Minister has presented budget for the next FY ,where in too SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS and CARE have been given to the Minorities keeping in view the MUSLIM VOTES and Special care to WOMEN including a WOMEN SPECIAL BANK. Accepted that women are by nature PHYSICALLY WEAK compared to men so protecting them against crimes by males need special care and protection ,but creating other un needed walls of division between the two genders may go negative only.

Bharat is a big country. Bigness in it self is not a VIRTUE , though GREATNESS is. This country needs speedy attention and actions on many issues like CONTROLLING EXPLOSION OF POPULATION/CORRUPTION /DIVISIVE TENDENCIES, SPREAD ALL THROUGH THE COUNTRY/CRMINALISATION OF POLITICS/POLLUTION EVERY WHERE ,INCLUDING IN THINKING AS WELL AS ACTIONS / POLLUTION ON THE ROADS INCLUDING CONGESSIONS/LOOT OF PUBLIC FUNDS/DEPLETING VALUE OF INDIAN RUPEES IN RELATION TO FOREIGN CURRENCIES/NEGATIVE FOREIGN EXCHANGE EARNINGS/UNLIMITED NUMBER OF PENDING CASES IN COURTS ( FROM LOWEST TO THE HIGHEST COURT) ,WHERE IN CASES CONTINUE TO BE PENDING FOR DECADES TO GETHER , and many such other matters.

Out of the mentioned some cases and briefly detailed three, there are many more problems this nation is in immediate need for solutions and remedies, Attention of the KARANDHARS remains consigned to the RESERVATIONS/SPECIAL TREATMENT FOR SOME. These type of thinking and actions in no way can help our country’s ELEVATION FROM BIGNESS TO GREATNESS.

Request as such is made here to all those who matter in the system to please KEEP THEIR VISION BROAD , so that realistic views are taken for all issues concerning this country, meaning that the train of this nation reaches the destination i.e. GREATNESS in full without leaving a good percentage of PASSANGERS stranded at the stations. It may also do good to be learning from the past when just OUT OF JEALOUSY/HATRED /FEW AND IMMIDIATE self gains some BAD ELEMENTS did the ACTS OF TREACHERY and permitted others to over power and enslave this nation which continued for centuries together .Let this generation not repeat the same blunders just for VOTE BANK HUNGER and create not divides in this country on any parameters , sufficient to make us still weaker , disabling us to face the future needs and problems the nation. In respect of special care and consideration to some, it is surly not going to make them strong ,as some one has expressed this way in such situations-----bhiksha aur chori ki roti se pait to jee uthta hai magar aatma mar jaati hai,---SO GOOD IT MAY BE TO ENCOURAGE ONE AND ALL TO CREATE STRENGTH in themselves, compete with others with dignity to be able to enjoy the fruits of success AND BE NOT TREATED AS deprived and/or down trodden .
